Headgame Posted April 12, 2017 Share Posted April 12, 2017 You need a Thai bank account and either a TH credit or debit card. PayPal will make three small deposits to your bank account which you will need to verify with PayPal. I use my home issued credit card hooked up with PP for all my purchases less hassle. Never divulge to them that your living in Thailand its none of their business. jobsworth Posted April 12, 2017 Share Posted April 12, 2017 when paypal was run by elon musk it was incredibly difficult to have a paypal account if you had any contact with the far east. since paypal has been taken over by microsoft the whole process has been streamlined. because of this it has taken me 10 years to open a paypal account but all is well now. sorry to say this elon but good luck with spacex.
