blood testing (Buriram area)

I need to go for regular blood testing to check my warfarin levels and want to visit Buriram with my g/f to see her village and meet her family. Does anyone know of any medical facility which does blood testing in the Buriram area? In Chiang Mai I go to McCormick Hospital and it is very easy there to have my blood checked.

You are looking for an INR test (international normalized ratio) the machines are available on Amazon but are quite expensive and like a woman, need a constant supply of supplies (test strips)

I test every two weeks which is normal and unless you are staying in Buriram area for over two weeks it is not really necessary to purchase a machine.  My machine and strips are provided by US Medicare
