Non-O Extension (Accompanying Family Member)

Hi All...Just in case, any of you are looking for the list of required documents that you need to submit for Non-O extension (Dependent of Non-B Visa Holder -Company Employee).

1. TM 7 Application (which is standard and you can download it from the immigration website).

2. Passports (Original & Copy) of Foreign Employee (Myself in my case) & the dependent (My Daughter)

4. Employment Letter from the Company (Singed and Stamped)

5. Work Permit (original & copy)

6. Letter from your company certifying that the dependent is truly related to the employee.

7. Last 3 month Personal Income Tax (Need to be CERTIFIED by the Revenue Department).

8. Last year Income Tax

My translation may be rough so see the attached file which is given by the Chang Wattana Immigration Depart.

This NON-O extension has to be done at the Counter M whereas other NON-O such as Retirement/Thai-spouse are in different counter.
