fantastic for them

i just hope they do not take the civil servant attitude , coming with it

i do not want to pay extra for a clean towel in the hospital

after waiting 1 hour for a glass of water, of a bedpan

It was said that Thailand employs over 2 millions civil servants, so what's

few thousands more? is just more drain on the coffers and reserves..

just wondering if they will continue to wear their white attire or start

wearing those uniforms with ranks, badges and medals while attending

to the sic?.....

badges , medals , campaign ribbons , stars , banners , too tight uniforms , yike's  will i have to make a appointment for help to the captains porcelain command post ???

I like to think the "weight of public opinion" had something to do with this decision by the government.

Now, can the public continue to keep the weight on government officials, until they keep their commitments?

Agree about the nurses.  Not so sure about Thai teachers - how many deserve recognition/rewards for lording it over classrooms whilst keeping their students in blissful ignorance?

Sadly they can do no more when they themselves have been ill-educated and enculturated into the same system of perpetual ignorance.
