Where To Watch American Football?

Featured Replies

i will be relocating to BKK and living in soi sukhumvit 24.. are there any place in BKK closeby that shows american football on tv? i'm especially interested in the college football games..

thanks..

There are some NFL. Replays on Super Sports on Monday evenings. No college, though some bowl games are shown. ESPN had the Hawaii Bowl last week, was a great game.

As there is a 12-15 hour time difference, any games shown are on early morning. Super Bowl parties here serve breakfast.

Soi 24? Try some places in Washington Square.

Just find a place with UBC (the cable service here). There are always 4 NFL games a week. An early game, an afternoon game, the Sunday night game and MNF are always on. The first two on SuperSports and the latter two on ESPN.

As mentioned, very little college football. The championship game isn't even scheduled on UBC. College basketball is on ESPN quite often. It is mostly ACC though.

If anybody knows where to find the championship next week, please let me know.

GO BIG TEN!!!

If you have access to highspeed internet you can now watch the games online as well espn.com or nfl.com. That way you're not limited to particular games, but I haven't tried it yet, so I don't know what the quality will be...

I actually like the replays. They cut out all the time-outs and get through a game in less than 2 hours. Both games are finished by 11:00PM.

this is sad to hear.. i can't believe i'm going to miss out next year college games.. i'm a big ten fan myself, especially the ohio state buckeyes..

next week we'll rock the gators world..... go bucks!!..

Don't worry, you will get used to it. If not, as some else said the tv on the internet is the way to go.

Be careful though, you can end a soccer fan if you are not careful, heavens knows there are enough matches on each week. At one point each week the same EPL Talk show is on ESPN and Star at the same time!
