Maybe the problem is that we don't read Thai and havent seen them. Why would everything be translated ? It would be hard enough to make such a document.. then translating it.. i think you can find it after you read Thai.. so study that first. Then maybe try to get into the court case and read up. Maybe contact YL her lawyers.

Just thought I would ask as you are an accountant.

The figures would have been reported in English. Very newsworthy.

Trolling also means making false statements to elicit response. You're not getting one.

If you think Yingluck Shinawattra is anything like the other 3 then you deluding yourself or believing the bs the shin propaganda team spew out.

Which of the other 3 had a criminal fugitive brother who put them into position, made all the decisions, re-shuffled the cabinet to bring his mates in, and paid a salary to all party members?

Give it time. People like underdogs. Just look at how Suu Kyi's star has fallen since she took the reigns of that rotten-to-the-core system.

Your rants always tend to gloss over the fact that her brother has essentially embodied the the Thai government-in-exile ever since he was ousted (but never yet defeated at the ballot box). Corruption charges notwithstanding, the elites were never able to make enough of a rational argument against him to convince the people to make another choice, and so the yellow generals have brought the country to its knees to keep him out.

Presidents and PMs don't generally face prosecution either while in office or by the administrations that replace them for the very reason of avoiding the instability that Thailand has driven into full steam. There are, of course, procedures for impeachment for particularly egregious offenses, but Thailand's military has never agreed to work within the parliamentary framework. Democratic problems require democratic solutions, or what you get is... not democracy. The process is more important than the outcome. That's kind of the point.
