BANGKOK: -- Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) executive director Anond Snidvongs said Liu Yang’s visit to Thailand will be her first country after completing her 13-day space mission in orbiting space laboratory module Tiangong 1 in June 2012.

 

He said she will be guest and take part in this year’s Science and Technology Expo 2017 from August 17-27. He said this year’s expo was held under the theme “GISTDA Space Station” .

 

He said the Chinese first female astronaut will exchange and share her experience and life on the spaceship with Thai students and interested people on August 26 from 15.00 – 18.00 pm at Hall 5 in Impact Muangthong Thani.

That's what I wanted to be when I was in puplic school. My principal said no Canadian will ever be a astronaut. So wrong was he. Don't dash a child's dream teachers.
