I just received my visa extension and I saw this but I don't know what it mean , can anyone help me translate this ?

Think it's ติดตาม which means to follow.  ติด alone can mean to attach so I'm guessing it might mean "attachment to follow?"  Not sure.

Wouldn't it depend on context? One definition of ติดตาม is to take another look, that could mean that the extension is granted this time, if there is a next time, the IO will see this note.

Edit. I think that 'Follow up' is a better translation in the context I have described.
