I want to open a bank account in Cambodia as a tourist. In what bank is it easy to do?

I would suggest you try the Foreign Trade Bank.  It is many, many years since I opened my account there but back when I did it was easy with no special requirements, just passport for ID. I know both ANZ and Acleda require all manner of things (work permit or contract, proof of address etc etc).
