Body of three-year-old found after flash flood

Authorities found the body of a three-year-old Myanmar boy in a creek in Tak’s Phop Phra district at noon on Monday after the boy was washed away by run-off on Sunday.

The body of the boy, who was identified only as “Thuay”, was found in a creek in Ban Nong Phai village, which is downstream from Ban Nong Nam Khiew, where the boy lived with his mother.

The boy was playing in a small creek near his house on Sunday evening when he was caught in run-off and washed downstream.
