Man shot dead by federal agents in Minneapolis

ICE agents shot 37-year-old nurse Alex Pretti in the chest during chaotic Minneapolis protests! The explosive incident was caught on video, showing violent clashes between agents and protesters. Voices rang out as gunfire cracked the tense standoff, leaving residents shocked and outraged.

Alex Pretti, a kind-hearted ICU nurse, tragically became the latest victim in a boiling conflict with ICE. Pretti's death sent shockwaves through the community. Friends and colleagues mourned him as a compassionate hero devoted to helping critically ill veterans. Minnesota’s Governor Tim Walz slammed ICE for their aggressive actions, declaring the officers “violent” and demanding they leave the state immediately.

Shockingly, a US law enforcement officer reportedly had a finger bitten off by a protester during the mayhem. US Homeland Security claims tempers flared as protesters “obstructed and assaulted” officers on the scene. Assistant Secretary Tricia McLaughlin fired off on social media, declaring, “He will lose his finger,” amidst the uproar.

What’s next for Minneapolis? The aftermath has left residents questioning future protests and law enforcement strategies. National and local authorities are on high alert as tensions threaten to escalate even further.

Key Takeaways

  • ICE agents shoot ICU nurse Alex Pretti amid Minneapolis chaos!

  • Law enforcement officer loses finger in violent protest clash!

  • Governor Walz demands ICE’s immediate exit from Minnesota!

My eyes show me he was interfering and resisting rather than complying. My ears tell me there were shouts of "gun". My eyes tell me he was removed from the road but went back on the road to "direct" traffic. My eyes tell me he didn't put his hands up and declare he was an armed concealed carrier.

Then it's obvious that your eyes and brain have been adversely affected by drinking far too much Kool Aid.......not good for hedgehogs you know!!

The point is if there was COOPERATION none of this would be happening as evidenced in other states where the is COOPERATION.

Was cooperation ever really the point?

Obama deported 3 million (2009–17).
Biden deported 685,000 in 2024.
Trump deported 600,000 in 2025 (WH projection, not yet verified).

Obama and Biden enforced immigration through cooperation with all states — and got higher removals without chaos.

Trump scrapped cooperation and chose confrontation and retribution, targeting blue states like Minnesota that did not vote for him. Result: fewer deportations — and more killing, cruelty, chaos, and fear.

That confrontation is also paired with targeted moves to withhold or threaten federal funding and services in Democratic-led states — reinforcing that payback, not enforcement, is the objective.

If cooperation works, abandoning it only makes sense if retribution is the point.

The Obama Administration reclassified turnarounds as deportations.

COOPERATION

Cooperation is a two way street, something the current White House struggles with their my way or the highway approach.

So where is the COOPERATION in offering your feedback on my comment? # rhetorical, like I said my way or the highway.

A similar investigation should be started in Trump's wealth accumulation NOW.

Oh yeah, the bookkeeping charges where he recorded payments to his lawyer as legal fees.

That lawfare helped get him elected.

That's a completely stupid theory.

He won the election and has no need to get revenge on states that didn't vote for him.

The opposite is much more likely. States that lost might be looking to make life hard for Trump.

It's the disenfranchised that usually cause the most problems.

Protesters have been harassing ICE agents for months and they are stressed and losing their patience and temper with these protesters.

So they're not professionals then. Why are they where they are in that case?

He's taking revenge on all that oppose him and on those that don't support him. Agree with you there's no need, but that doesn't stop him.

Per the left, removing criminal, illegal aliens is getting revenge.

A lot of people in Minnesota would like criminal illegal aliens removed.

Normal cops are not being harassed by crowds when they are doing police work.

Since neither of us has ever done this job, it's not appropriate just to watch footage in slow motion and then point the finger. Try doing the job for 6 months.

Because they are working taxpayers, and they generally live outside deep blue Minnesota, and because the they don't have a compliant "press" to sensationalize it.

It is worth noting, that virtually every ICE incident reported is negative, and involves "protestors" interfering.

Meanwhile, thousands of criminal illegal aliens around the country are arrested and deported each month.

These "protests" are all working exactly as they are intended.
