if anyone has any information on prices and addresses of these salons it would be very helpful ....thanxxx :o

i have never done with rebonding b4 .. but from TH girls in BKK , seem the popular place for REBONDING is " Pee Riam" @ Harinthorn Tower, 54 North Sathorn Rd., Silom, Bangrak, Bangkok 10500

seem girls here like Shiseido more than L'Oreal , cost 1000-2000 Bht

anyway , u 'd ask them about the cost b4 u decide to do ...make a deal

Just a word of caution when getting rebonding done - if you have highlighted hair, it can really dry it out and make it super frizzy on the ends as well as extremely brittle. I recently went to Schwing to get it done and they didn't explain that to me and I was a litttle disappointed with the results.

Sorry guys - dont want to sound thick, but what is hair re-bonding. Please explain :o

HAIR rebonding is a salon service where naturally curly hair is turned to straight, manageable hair with the use of a hair straightening product plus a hair iron. This treatment is so popular that "rebonded hair" has become a style on its own.

Does anyone know where I can get my hair straightened using the YUKO (phiten) system in Bangkok or in Koh Samui. I have been having this done twice yearly now for 3 years, and am very satified with the results.

I went to the salon in Siam Square about 3 years ago. I don't remember what the salon is called though. They gave me a discount too but I'm not sure they will now. The place is near See-Far Restuarant I think...on the way to MBK. They're 2 big salon next to each other. When I did it, it came out very good and stayed straight for almost a year. I think I might go back there again to do it when I'm coming to Bangkok this December.

Have you heard of Alfaparf, from Italy. My wife tried and keep showing off her "rebonded" hair around. She tried both Loreal and Shiseido but has never satisfied as she has a very stubborn hair ... juz like her :D

Recently my wife and I went to 1 of the salon that we were attracted by it neatness and professional feel. Their price tags are so reasonable (in fact is very low) but the standard and services can easily beat many reputable salons. On top of that, the owner speak good english. This master stylish used to work in several reputable salons in Thong Lok and Japenese salons. She is able to give good advice and recommendation..... very professional. Guess what? this salon even give assurance to the result of their rebonding.

I strongly recommend those who are going for quality service at an unresistable price tag (their rebonding using Alfaparf is only from 800-2,000+bahts, where others usually start from 2,000 bahts) to pay them a visit. The name of the salon: Chetta Lifestyle Salon, 155/108, Udom Suk 47 (Suhkumhvit Road 103) Bangkok, just 10m from main road. Their phone number if I don't get it wrongly should be 023982994. Just give them a ring to talk to the taxi driver if you are lost.

So,enjoy styling..... cos we have found our personal stylish.

Just to add on, my wife was shocked to see how good the result was as her hair was not only bad but was colored with wax based before this rebonding. She did went to a few salons before but they only willing to do it with my wife own risk with the fact of her hair then condition. Only this stylish confindently giving her the assurance on the result. Without say.... it turn out to be better than my wife expectation. As the stylish claimed that her products and method used will able to treat and protect her hair during the process of rebonding.

Anyway, just try it for yourself to confirm my statement. Since this stylish made my wife happy and my wife stop making me unhappy.... this salon really deserve all the good appraises. :o
