The court heard that Joshua Napp, 34, had made his daughter, 12, perform oral sex on him several times when she visited his home in July last year. The girl's mother, who is separated from Napp, filed a police report after hearing what happened, the Nation said. The mother was working in a casino in Cambodia at the time. Napp is described in the report as a tour guide and restaurant owner. The South Central Criminal Court in Bangkok did not consider seven separate counts of raping a minor. June 9, 200718 yr I pity the poor daughter that she had to go through the ordeal. 50 years is a fitting punishment, I hope he does the full sentence and doesn't live long enough to see the release, now if only the UK could follow this example.
