I've been in correspondence with Jim of Jim's Place in Penang regarding my non-imm O visa, which I eventually acquired in Vientiane.

Jim has been helpful and communicative whilst I have been researching my options, yesterday I received an email from him saying that a 1 year non-imm B visa could be had in Penang so I asked him if I could pass this on to Thaivisa:

I actually live in Vientiane, and I have been thinking about applying for a Non Immigrant O visa from the Thai Embassay here. unfortunately, I dont have any idea how to go about making this application. As you succeeded, do you have any tips that may help me with submitting the paperwork for my visa
