สำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศภาครัฐ (สบทร.) หน่วยงานซึ่งจัดตั้งโดยศูนย์เทคโนโลยีอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และคอมพิวเตอร์แห่งชาติ (NECTEC) จัดงานมอบรางวัล Truehits.net Web Awards 2003 เพื่อมอบรางวัลให้แก่ 10 อันดับเว็บไซต์ซึ่งมีผู้ชมสูงสุดและประกาศนียบัตรสำหรับเว็บไซต์ 50 อันดับแรก และเว็บไซต์ยอดนิยมประจำ 18 หมวดของทรูฮิต พร้อมการแนะนำเทคนิคจากผู้ชนะเลิศ 3 อันดับแรก ในหัวข้อ “ทำเว็บอย่างไรให้ฮอตฮิตติดอันดับ” ในวันศุกร์ที่ 27 กุมภาพันธ์ 2547 ณ สบทร. อาคารบางกอกไทยทาวเวอร์ ห้อง ศรีอยุธยา ชั้น 17 เวลา 13.00 – 16.45 นาฬิกา โดยมี ดร. พันธ์ศักดิ์ ศิริรัชตพงษ์ ผู้อำนวยการ สบทร./ รองผู้อำนวยการ NECTEC เป็นประธานเปิดงาน

Truehits.net เป็นระบบให้บริการตรวจสอบสถิติการเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ ซึ่งวิจัยและพัฒนาโดยสำนักบริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศภาครัฐ (สบทร.) เปิดให้ใช้งานครั้งแรกเมื่อเดือนพฤษภาคม ปี 2543 โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อให้หน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชนมีระบบการตรวจสอบสถิติการเยี่ยมชมเว็บไซต์ เพื่อจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการวิเคราะห์ความนิยมของเว็บไซต์และเป็นเครื่องมือหนึ่งที่จะช่วยส่งเสริมให้เกิดการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงรูปแบบการนำเสนอข้อมูลผ่านเว็บไซต์ให้มีประสิทธิภาพดียิ่งขึ้น

MySQL traffic isn't a problem at all. You can run 2 million users per month through mySQL as long your hardware supports it and you have the bandwidth available.

I just joined so I was not part of this but congrats are certainly in order. I will be here for the next award.

Thaivisa recently won a Government Sponsored award as most people know, however because we are located well away from Bangkok, we need someone in the City, who is a fluent Thai speaker to attend on our behalf.

We have only just found out about this, and the ceremony is tomorrow afternoon, Friday 27 Feb. Location is very close to Victory Monument.
