Internet In Pattaya

Featured Replies

Anything about broadband in Pattaya, since the pricing outside BKK is very different...

If you're one of the few luckies with ADSL line the best option seems to be KSC.

50 hrs for 1500 Baht (+35B/hr extra)

100 hrs for 2700 Baht

unlimited for 6750Baht/month ( not long ago they quoted 27000 B/Month !!!)

TOT has promotion on the ADSL line, 500 B/Month for 256/128 kbps

Loxinfo's unlimited still at 11000 Baht/month for 256/128 (ADSL Max upcountry)

Haven't had any experience with ADSL in PTY, so any feedback welcome...

I myself use both IPTV and IPSTAR at the moment, both work very good, each one has some advantages / disadvantages over the other...

If you have a phoneline i absolutely recommend IPTV, at 1500 Baht/month unlimited hours but limited to 750 Mb/month.

If you want to know what you're Mb usage is now, download following utility

Bandwith monitor download

free for 21 days, so you'll be able to get your average usage. Multiply this average by 3 or 4 because you'll do things on broadband you wouldn't otherwise do on modem because it being to slow :o
