Drunken Ex-Husband Slashed in Domestic Altercation Outside Pattaya Street Stall
Picture courtesy of SiamChon. A violent domestic dispute erupted in the early hours of the morning on the 16 April, resulting in a 41-year-old man sustaining a serious knife injury in Pattaya’s Soi Ko Phai. Emergency services were alerted at 02:35 by the Sawang Boriboon Thammasathan Rescue Centre and rushed to the scene alongside officers from Pattaya City Police Station. The incident took place in front of a popular roadside stall selling fried meatballs, where a crowd of onlookers had gathered. Upon arrival, rescue personnel found Mr Adisak, a resident of Chonburi Province, with a severe laceration to his right ear, reportedly caused by a knife. Blood covered his face as he received first aid before being urgently transported to hospital. The alleged attacker, 48-year-old Ms Uraiwan, the vendor at the food stall and Mr Adisak’s former wife, did not attempt to flee and remained at the scene to cooperate with police. In a statement to officers, Ms Uraiwan explained that she and Mr Adisak had been separated for over five years. Despite this, he reportedly continued to harass her, especially when intoxicated. She alleged that he often became jealous when she spoke to male customers and frequently caused disturbances at her stall. Earlier in the night Mr Adisak had allegedly been heavily drinking during Songkran celebrations and began harassing her again. When she asked him to leave, he reportedly slapped her across the face. Unable to tolerate the abuse any longer, Ms Uraiwan admitted to grabbing a knife and slashing him in retaliation. After regaining her composure, she called for rescue services to assist him. Police are continuing to investigate the matter and have yet to confirm whether charges will be filed. -- 2025-04-17 -

Why, Oh Why: has the Left turned on Elon? No more gravy-train?
Well, there is always pondering the existential crisis of a deflated balloon, analyzing the psychological effects of uneven sandwich halves, speculating on the secret lives of dust bunnies, arguing the merits of left-handed versus right-handed spatulas, investigating the conspiracy behind missing pen caps, deliberating the ethics of reusing gift wrap, exploring the philosophical implications of tangled earbuds, and assessing the emotional well-being of overworked coffee mugs. -

Car with Gear Malfunction Jumps Median and Clips Other Vehicles - video
Picture courtesy of Thai Rath A dramatic video has emerged online showing a car with a faulty gearbox veering across a central reservation, narrowly avoiding collisions in the Tha Maka area. Fortunately, no injuries were reported. The footage, which quickly gained attention on social media, was posted by a Facebook user who captured the heart-stopping moment a grey vehicle lost control, careening across the central divider towards oncoming traffic. Thanks to the quick reactions of another driver who managed to brake in time, a serious accident was avoided. The incident, caught on film at 11:00 AM on 16th April 2025, has sparked widespread discussion. According to local police at Tha Maka station, the mishap occurred just as the vehicle was leaving a parking spot. The driver engaged drive mode, but a gearbox malfunction caused the car to lurch uncontrollably, crossing the pavement and clipping two to three other vehicles in transit before coming to a halt on the central reservation. Initial reports indicate only property damage, with no one injured. Based on a story by Thai Rath -- 2025-04-17 -

Not at all kinky. More motherly than kinky. Anyway, sometimes it's good to have a Mrs. Robinson, at least one time in one's life. I guess it depends on the individual.
