Have you looked around the U.S.? When the women here are buried they don't biodegrade for 10,000 years because of all the plastic! My Thai wife is all natural and no desire to get any work done.

The horribleness of it all!

There is something very wrong with a society that accepts sending underaged daughters to work as prostitutes so they can send the money home to mom and dad. Can't get my head around that one. Pimping out your kids can't fit into any kind of moral model no matter how poor you are.

We lack coherent policies about everything with the current idiot in charge.

I went to Thailand initially for business. Enjoyed it while I was there but couldn't wait to get home. Enjoyed visiting with my wife over the years bit could never live there.

I hate big cities. I'll take my small town in PA any day. Traffic in my town is an Amish buggy and a pick-up truck!

I don't see Thais as racists. That's one of those American liberal labels that they use to throw at someone they don't agree with so it has no meaning to me . What Thais are is nationalistic and the U.S. could learn a lesson or two about protecting its borders.

I'm 55 and the Mrs and I are planning a child. I love kids and they keep me young as does my young wife. Money is not an issue and never will be and I live in the US around my very large family. So not exactly Thailand. I think it will be great to be able to spend so much time with a child now that I don't need to work anymore and am financially set because you you need to be able to provide. If that's an issue then you need to think twice. You also need to have the energy for them. It's not for everyone obviously.
