  2. If they sign a new contract on a yearly basis for 6 years, the company would still have to pay severance for 6 years when the last contract isn't renewed. Labor office doesn't fall for this trick.

  7. You should involve the police to get your deposit back IF that is still needed as you are not honoring the contract you signed. This cheating on the signed contract causes damages to the rental company. You are out of your mind to even think of damaging other people's property willfully.

  10. Nonsense, if you know how to run a business, you can make good money. The big problem is many businesses are opened by foreigners who never ran a business before in their lifetime and know hardly anything about the country, the laws and the language. On top of that they do this together with a girl they found in a bar that has max 3 years of education.

  13. Not true. While living on 2 different addresses in Bangkok over the years, I never showed proof of my address. Got my non Imm B for working and following extensions without any problem at the BOI OneStop center. Never done a TM30.
