Update: Land Office transfer done. Seller checked the cashier cheque and we had him sign a document that he received the cheque in good order. I had to sign the usual disclaimer at the Land Office and now the process starts of combining 2 properties into 1. (Total combined area just shy of 8 rai)

Valid Insurance (coverage over 10.000 USD) (Does insurance from Europe suffice??) Covid Vaccination proof (MorProm screenshot sufficient?) Anything else? TiA

My PC is creating a restore Point every other day, automatically on Boot up via a Batch File Once a Month a FULL backup of my Windows drive (C Drive) to an External Drive with Macrium Reflect. All Data is stored on a separate internal Drive (D drive) and is synced (with File Versioning) to my NAS!

Hi, We are buying the land next door to us. We talked to the seller and they want on the day of the transfer a small amount in cash and the rest as a Cashier Cheque. Now my question is, what info do I need from the seller to go to my Bank and have them issue the cashier Cheque? Is it only their full name? or something else as well? TiA

My wife has urged me to get a checkup at the local Hospital as I haven't had one in a while. Normally we would drive over to Korat and the Private Hospital, but we agree that it is a major hassle as it's a +/-300km roundtrip Now as I have full insurance with an Expat Insurance back in my home country the company has asked me to pay the bills (under 20.000 THB) myself and then they will reimburse me (they are quick in paying). My question is as I have never been to a government hospital for treatment is the bill specified so it satisfies my Insurance? Or ...? And other question is the Bill in 2 languages (Thai / English) or in Thai only?

We have in our old House one of these And the individual breakers are the "normal" kind.
