Noise is just a way of life here...... Even in a house, you will need more than the usual 60TW to be far enough away, neighbours don't always see it your way. I have somewhat more space and still get disturbed by their dogs, a modified motorbike, and frequent axxholes who use a horn not a doorbell...... Visit the rural village and it is getting better... but not in the village itself, vehicle noise is extreme ... some of these creations they have would burst eardrums. Out in the rice fields... you might get lucky... but a merit party or wedding can be heard for miles, so get yourself invited. I could not imagine a condo if one got door slammers nearby, you got 2 shared walls, a ceiling and a floor and a long corridor......

There are bigger issues.......what other people do, and obviously should have zero impact on your life, should not stress you so. To go back to pre-Covid behaviour,, with 6.5 million lost souls, as if nothing happened would be a monumental mistake.... lessons to be learned.

Isn't it just..... Part of the problem is indeed them shopping and changing the configuration...... one day a set of lights are on, one day they are off, and there was once a through lane that worked well, which later got changed. They have made a right pig's ear of the alternative, The Railway Line Bypass, which has been renamed 'tour of scruffy backroads'.... which has been a suspension destroyer for over a year now. I have paid 10 baht and wasted fuel to use Hwy 36 and Hwy 7 quite a number of times, but beware weekend Bangkok traffic.

Not struggle, simply those who would also live meagre lives by turning on that heating. I think there is likely a sector of people who have sufficient funds to live here... and immediately be living a better standard of living. I compare Pattaya to Blackpool or Rhyl, no contest.

You had better move or take effective action on standing water and plants where these mosquitoes live. Nets to sleep under.... repellant when out and about. The issue being in an area where there are infected mosquitoes....
