A bit sad watching the news report on this yesterday... all those disabled kids, but at least they had some moments of joy and pride there. -

And somehow because this fool gets on TV and does this, it dispels the findings of The American Journal of Psychiatry? If anything, it cements it!

Usually that devalues it..... I suspect they are out there purchasing baht..... using foreign reserves which they have a moderate war chest of. -

Studies have shown that the use of marijuana is associated with reduced cognitive function in teens.7 One study found that teens who regularly use marijuana lose an average of 5.8 IQ points by the time they reach adulthood.8 A recent study found that marijuana has a more negative impact on a teenager’s cognitive development than alcohol.9 Seems you may have partaken in your youth!

No, there has been a bit of a shortage over the last year or two, since most of the major supermarkets stopped supplying them free with your shopping. Some can still be supplied outside the main stores of course, and people are requested to collect them at home until they have approximately 100 or more, and then deliver them to your local police station where they will be put to good use.

I think there are regulations about opening bars within a particular distance to schools, but like anything else it will happen. My worst nightmare would be a karaoke opening nearby, there is only one position for their volume dial!

Soi Wattboon is same as Sou Boon Kanchana, although I can only see a barbers if you head towards Beach Rd from the junction. All the rest are massage shops!

I know someone in a similar situation and we talked of this recently.... He didn't think he had options beyond making his way to say the BHP when they open up for another round of vaccinations. Although his sentiment was, not expecting to travel or go to places, he didn't see any need for the jab.... despite my telling him, well I am here with you now, and do get out.

Yes, he had my hopes up for a moment....

Well certainly would have to be indoors at home before the curfew. They have to start closing up in time, be it takeout or eat in.

Thailand reports 14,652 new COVID-19 cases and 18,262 recoveries

I have the usual number of brain cells and still feel Thailand has so far fared well.... based on Covid per capita deaths, if not testing numbers. -
Simply put, your statement... Is not accurate.... When one arrives, they are not often stamped in for longer than 90 days, so reporting is not relevant. If one applies for say an O-X Long Stay Visa, it is in the Embassy information to report every 90 days. If one obtains an Extension, many of the stamps inform you 90 day reporting is required, as does my retirement extension. If one converts a tourist visa or Visa exempt entry to a Non-Imm-O, that is in affect also a 90 day report.

Let us simply say the requirement is 'waived'..... Immigration Officers have the authority to 'sign off' on some of the requirements, and this is the loophole often cited. It is what it is, has been around for a long time....and even when requirements change, it often looks as if one is being pushed towards the agent route!
