Strange how things have changed.  When I was at school we were hit with rulers, blackboard dusters, canes, PE slippers and parents were told and there was never a complaint.  However it is a very fine line and Thai teachers like to hit kids as young as 6 for no reason.  We deserved our punishment !  I don't think you ever hear of Thai teachers hitting 16 year old kids. There would be revenge.

Give them 3 months if they want it. Definitely won't be flying before then.

Read first paragraph,  once again he is only concerned about Thailands image abroad !  He should investigate what his image is both abroad and in Thailand !

Why do the press keep on about poor old Pattaya ? There are 1000's of towns all over the world that are having the same problem without tourists. The big difference is that most of the other places are worth visiting, not so Pattaya !!

Most people go to work on the BTS, so how is this contributing to the murky skies ??

I am sure that is where they will draw the talent from. Nobody else has ever built a rocket.

Go to any country in the world, borrow money from dodgy money lender, don't pay it back and see if you get a good kicking or worse. She only got a warning.

When I am getting drowsy when driving and feel I might fall asleep I stop and sleep. Only need 15 mins and I am fine to go. Too hard for a Thai driver obviously judging by the way they keep crashing.

Just goes to prove that many Thais are trying to give up smoking but the corrupt government wont help them. They want people to buy cigarettes as there is big tax and profits. As usual, they don't care about the people.

Driving a taxi is a <deleted> job anywhere in the world. That's why nearly all the taxis including Uber here in Australia are Indian or many other immigrant races. Many of them are qualified in a trade but can't get approval to work in Australia so getting a job driving a taxi is easy.  In Thailand we all know that there are good drivers and we treat them fairly and I always give a big tip to a driver taking us to the airport at 4am. They are so happy especially if they get a return fare, that will pay the rent for the day. To all the moaners.....would you work for 300 baht a day driving around Bangkok ?  No way ! You all get the sh!ts being a passenger !

Looks like police are getting desperate !  No tourists so no money to be made in the Nana area. Soi 3 is empty. 

Of course there is no second wave !  They are still on the first one.
