Since getting a new passport 3 years ago I been doing 90 day report by post. Is the new system available in my case?

For more than 10 years i receive a pension payment( not a large amount) from a reliable and reputable organization into my equally reliable off shore well known bank . On 22 October the payers say their bank made the payment into my bank using the same details that has successfully credited the amount many times previously using details of bank and sort code etc. Apparently it is a BACS payment. After phone calls and many secure messages to both sides: the paying company are adament the amount was paid by their bank as the amount paid has not been returned; my bank say nothing received in my account or by the bank after full investigatiion. The payers have now agreed to ask their bank to do a BACS trace. I am entitled to this pension payment and I have no intention of not getting what is due to me. Any input as to what has happened? What could of happened?And any other ideas ?

Many months ago a Thai bank debited my Thai credit card with the equivalent of over 900 US dollars incurred on my card number in the USA even though I was not asked to sanction the amount and I still had my card and it had nothing to do with me. Only after almost a dozen complaints written and by phone -plus several months of anxiety etc- did I eventually get this amount cancelled from my credit card account. But did the Bank apoligise or explain? No way...... Useless!

For those people who have contracted and survivid Covid and now clear of the disease what are the requirments/documents to travel around Thailand? What is needed for a person entering Thailand who had Covid but is now free of it?
