What about handwritten map showing precisely where you stay? I recently renewed at CW and this was the main item the IO concentrated on. Not asked for Landlord id or signature. But my landlord is a Thai Ltd company. My rental lease was sufficient. As others have said i assume you will provide a copy of your 90-day report. Apart for the completed form TM7(the actual application for extension) they will ask for other routine forms for you to complete and sign when you are there.

Yes, you need to tell us which immigration office. I recently renewed my 1-year retirement at CW (around a week ago) My visa is extended to the original expiration date. Under that date in my passport is the date I submitted my application. So you ought to have 2 dates stamped in your passport: i) the actual date the visa expires as per previous years, and ii) an earlier date (I assume) which shows the date you attended immigration for renewal. You can of course show us a copy of your renewal here. If what you say is correct you will need to return to immigration to correct the issue.

Without reading or knowing the way this fraud arose.... may I know how the fraudster could get into a person's bank account without knowing or being given the account user ID/account number and password?

I am scheduled to have an MRI scan next month. Doctor has ordered it. The treatment is outpatient. Cost is 60,000 baht. My insurance (issued in Thailand by a well-known company) only covers in patient treatment. However, in the policy terms it says if a MRI test is necessary the Insurance company will pay "even if I am not confined to a hospital". For various reasons I do not want to contact my Insurer yet. Does anyone know if the Insurer will pay ? My reading of the policy is that they are obliged to pay but maybe I have mis-read it. Thank you for any input.

Thx for the helpful replies and yes absolutely correct Dell Technician came it was the speakers and replaced them internally and sound ok now. (under warranty so no charge) Thats' the good news. Unfortunately trying to fix everything I reset my Pc and seems i have created for myself a lot of problems. The taskbar says no connection which i have but certain programs will not load, and some applications will not work including Windows updates. Widgets cannot load as it says I have no connection etc etc I have spent hours and hours trying to sort and the tech guy who came would only do the sound as too busy and I tried to ask Dell to do by remote but that won't work. Does anyone know a company that can do a home visit?

About a year ago when I was preparing my retirement visa application a member here very helpfully gave me links to certain forms that can be downloaded and filled in before going to immigration. (not the usual paperwork but these forms contain declarations etc) Usually, immigration give these forms to applicants on the day of the retirement visa interview, but it assists to get them now so reduce hassle on the day of the interview. Could someone kindly publish the links and include any new forms so I can download and complete before i go to immigration this time? Many thx.

For a few years no problem with my PC(Dell-built in speakers) but recently the sound is giving out a stuttering echo type sound especially when music is playing. I have good internet Fibre. Windows 11. I have checked my connections and plugs and seem no error. Also have checked and did a test which says my speakers working ok. A few days ago I played bowling for the first time in some years. Towards the end of playing as I making a shot I got an awful pain in my elbow area. This pain has persisted since the time of getting it. I looked on line which suggests daily cold pack. It seems to be easing it but stlil quite painful. Can anyone recommend other treatments? Is a hot pack better or other external treatment? Medicine or not? How long before I should consult a doctor unless it improves? Thank u in advance.

If you go to your Bank branch and ask exactly for what you need, such as bank statement with your full address in English etc., the bank ought to do it for you. I recently did this and was asked to pay 100 baht. Seems banks here in Thailand get this request quite often. Help the bank by writing out your address in English so they can copy it into the statement.
