You are wrong! If it is night time - and your WIFE...not you, has a gun and permit - you can kill him if he is inside the house! I think you may have a problem killing them on your "property " but inside your home is a different matter. If you actually shoot them, it may again raise problems. The Thais tell me to wash my hands in petrol to remove the powder residue, and get the wife to fire a spare shot - apparently one of the first things the BIB do, is to swab your hands for gunpowder.

You really need to think of it in a way as "Am I prepared to let someone come into my home and slaughter us all, me the wife and kids? To me the, the answer is simple, if I kill the bastard and save my family, and even if I spend 25 years in clink - then it has been worth it, no doubt about it!

Like what lopburi3 mentioned, get the letter to the immigration office to cancel your re-entry.

The immigration at the airport or border have no authority to cancel it, even if you show a letter to them they will not do anything but advise you to go to the immigration office when you return to cancel it. This happened to me, i managed to get another visa (o) in KL even without canceling my previous active re-entry. As you re-enter thailand, the immigration would will only acknowledge your latest Visa (if you have one) and ignore the active re-entry you had inside earlier.

11 April last year, the reds crash the ASEAN Summit meeting in Pattaya. They were not there to harm the ASEAN HOS that was attending the summit but only after Abhisit, how do i know? coz i was there at ground zero when it happened. So from that date onwards till now, why Abhisit did not solve the matter then but instead he waits till things escalate to what it is right now? My opinion, he knows the only way he could solve the issue is to call for election but he didn't, why? Coz he knows if he does, he will never be PM again.

My past landlord at JBC return my 2 months deposit the day I left, which normally only be returned after 30 days. Reason: she said i was a good tenant - paid all my bills in time and kept updates on items need repairs or services (aircon and others). Btw i stayed there for 2 years. Here's my take. (from an amateur point of view)

In the video there were a total of 9 shots could be heard, the 3rd shot heard was the one that killed the red shirt flag man.

After viewing the video, it seems the shot that hit the guy came from the front at close range. I would believe the blackman that just came out (that all were talking about) missed fired his shot and got the guy instead and fired 2 more shots after that. The guy's fall is similar to when you see videos of suicides by guns to the mouth (bullet exit the back of the skull).

In my view, the bullet hit the guy's right cheek and exit the back of the skull where small part of his skull was taken out during the exit and that made the brains exit easily as when his head hit the road. This actually reminds me of a famous theory of an assassination in Dallas.
