BNH and BH are the same management (Bumrungrand is different) so expect both would be about the same price (although BH has recently started to target Thai customers with lower prices/discounts). Saint Louis is normally a good choice for cheaper price (as not for profit). I use Vejthani, which is normally a little less expensive than the big boys (not small at 500 beds) but last week every room was occupied so they must still be getting overseas customers; or there are a lot of sick people in Bangkok this year.
Sorry off topic but welcome back lopburi3, the forum misses you!!

>>?????????? SO....Your saying that because this guy works for a living, and has acquired assets,he/his wife/daughter should be robbed?????
No i am saying that he is sitting on his fat ass in Bangladesh exploiting low paid workers and is now getting a bit of Karma .Also the wife could be telling a lie about a robbery to get a bit of extra house keeping money out of a rich man .
if you got nothing better to say then <deleted>.
HB sorry to hear of your wife's misfortune, hope she recovers from the shock and everything turns back to normal.

I am writing this posting because it shows a different side of Thai women than we usually hear about. I have been with my girlfriend for over 2 years and she is the only woman I have been with in Thailand. She is from a small village in Nakhon Sawan but when I met her she worked in a restaurant in Pattaya. She wants gold jewelry of course and likes me to buy her things and I figured she was like most Thai women in that regards and what can you do? A few months ago I found a book about crochet written in Thai and I gave it to her. Although she never crocheted in her life she learned from this book and soon she was making hats which were so well-made people started ordering them from her and now she has a good business selling hats. So she gets money from them and though I am not wealthy I give her money to buy things for herself. Then on valentine's day she gave me this dell laptop computer for a gift. It costs 17,000 baht and she bought it with every baht she saved from hats and money I gave her. I was very moved by this as I did not expect it, and to be honest most of her friends say she is crazy or stupid for buying an expensive present for a farang. I just wanted people to see another side, and that there are women here who are generous and good-hearted and not just greedy.
Does she have a sister?
OP, good one - you're a lucky man!

I think there is one in Jomtien but don't have the contact now. Maybe other members in that area can give a better lead on this.

The Mall (Ramkamhaeng) is just after the traffic light with loads of food choices.
Cross the main street from NASA Vegas, get the green bus (less then 10 baht) or hop on to a taxi for a less then 5 minutes ride (if no traffic).

From A3 JBC too, heard some of the resident talked about it the other day but wasn't clear what was it all about. I believe he fell off A3 and landed out of the JBC area (behind A3).
