I think you are seeing that wrong,i think many people there remembered in silence the amount of people he killed. Yes one minute of silence,that is how politics work. It is also out of respect for the other members of the UN gathering. It is done to keep a door open and a work able atmosphere. You don't have to agree but that is the way it is done. Many countries have expressed condolences to all of the victims in this crash,also the pilot and the family. I also know that if this would have happened to a Western leader there would have been parties in the streets of some nations but it is what it is.
