    Had exact same issue, didn't receive the letter supposedly sent in Jan, subsequently no payment forth-coming in May. Lady at DWP said it's OK, she'd cleared it and Jun was fine. Don't know if I'm expected to do anything now until next year ! Somewhat annoying as I only became eligible in Dec last year !

    Oh , it's no different to amending road traffic laws .Bt 2000 for not wearing a helmet, only enforced in major city centres or tourist areas. Very few cannabis shops outside of those areas and Thais will "go back to " what they've always done...just like riding their motorcycles illegally.

    SCB recently "up-graded" their app, meaning it no longer works on some older (and newer! ) phones. Unfortunately, the misleading messages on the app don't help either. Also, if you've changed your passport, the bank staff will have to re-activate your details.

    If Thailand were to "legalize" brothels, it would a: cause such a shameful advertisement for the country and b: "brothels" or ( places offering prostitution services), would be in your face on every street corner like weed shops. Follow the Fairy Lights....

    2 Copies of absolutely everything, If you print a map of your location. they'll want a hand drawn one. or vice-versa ! If they know you have a child, they'll want the birth certicate or Thai ID ( Original + copies)
