Indian guys are openly not so welcome in the go-go bars etc so they tend to be in the majority "trawling" Beach rd and similar spots looking for some action. As that's where the less "desirable" ( for lack of a better word) lady-geezers operate, then it's obvious that these victims are going to be mostly of their nationality.

But not so important for people to refrain from making all noise possible as soon as they, themselves wish to. Just one inconsiderate individual with a booming stereo system can routinely disturb the peace of the whole village, yet no-one considers it "important" enough to do anything constructive about it. Barking dogs. roosters, angle grinding and bikes with modified exhausts are all part and parcel of normal rural life....peace and quiet not so. ????

That's correct. The wording mentioning "delivery" being the cause of confusion perhaps ? Regardless, many of those actual delivery Grab drivers will be concerned that they may have to "licence" their vehicles to continue operating, Not least, because most of their bikes have likely not been taxed/tested for many a year, so going "legal" is going to cost them.
