Channel 3 Thailand has programmes with Chinese subtitles, there is a Movie on there right now with subtitles.

I would also talk to TRUE as you can turn subtitles on/off on various channels.

You can get an eletronic trasnlator, but take her with you when you buy it, then try it, see if it does the trick. There are many models available so just try til you get one that works for you both.

Royal Mail doesnt offer point to point tracking on that service, they will only show it as "delivered" for proof of delivery.

As the majority of Thai males have to serve an amount of time in the Army, I am guessing here, that maybe they were attained whilst doing that and are allowed to wear them, as not all Policeman have them.

But its only a suggestion/guess.

I have the same set up but the round dish was used.

I couldnt have any other company as their masts were in the wrong direction and obscured.

As it works on line of sight to the mast, make sure any trees nearby are kept cut back, one poster on this forum lost his internet for that very reason.

Just another aspect to consider.

Fail to see what any of this has to do with the COD aspect of the service, if the goods were faulty they would presumably still be faulty if prepaid and sent in the mail or by other delivery method.

Personally I think the COD aspdct is great, as you have no worries after paying 35k (example) that it doesnt get lost in the delivery process.

The issue appears to be a faulty product not the delivery service or method as stated in the title.

Generally it is the buyers responsibility and cost to return items, however IF a fault is found then those costs should be refunded, unless its being returned as unsuitable etc and there is no fault.

Thats my understanding.
