  1. Thailand definitely needs more hospice's for the general population who are terminally ill.

Right now most of them are occupying hospital beds that could be used for the acutely ill when in fact they should be placed in hospice's where personnel and care is specifically designed to provide the most dignified and pain free death possible, not intensive treatment.

The U.K is a great example (having been named as the best country in the world at providing end-of-life care) where the NHS pays for hospice care through public funding and donations.

It is easy to ascertain whether he sustained the injuries by falling or he was attacked etc...He could have been placed there, pushed there ..etc etc German autopsy would easily explain ?RIP

    An autopsy can:

Ascertain the cause of the multiple cuts eg.body hitting rocks or knife wounds etc.

Drowning or death before falling in to the water.

An autopsy cannot usually differentiate between falling or being pushed with absolute certainty.

Footprints or multiple footprints around area of likely fall and motive are probably more helpful.

  3. Later in the video you will see an older gentleman (customer) berating the younger man for assaulting the female staff member and that he should complain to the relevant agencies instead of making a scene at the shop.  The gent continues to ask the man why he is acting as a punk and who your father is to whom the young man says "my father is a judge!"

    smh

Personally I don't think this young man has a very high EQ in the way he has chosen to handle his dissatisfaction.

Makes you wonder about his entitled upbringing perhaps?

  4. The majority of EU countries require people from less developed countries wishing to apply for tourist visa's to purchase travel insurance.

Most people from developed countries travel visa free so there is no step to make sure they have insurance with the assumption being they are financially better off and able to pay if healthcare is required.

Healthcare systems in the majority of countries are paid for by taxes and since visitors do not pay these taxes are ineligible to access these funds thus the necessity of travel insurance, unless they want to take the risk and pocket it themselves.

Considering the relatively low costs of travel insurance and unless someone can provide proof of their own healthcare insurance that covers travel related incidents I personally am for mandatory travel insurance.  Should be for all people traveling as they should be self-responsible.  Traveling is enjoying but there are always risks involved (especially if in the so called catastrophic healthcare cost group) so it seems like the the logically wise thing to do.

    Thank you sir!

Your most welcome.  Snakes are especially active around the house during the rainy season looking for places to keep dry so I kindly advise doors and screens to be shut at all times and any shoes left outside be checked (inside) before placing foot into the shoe!

We just gently relocated a juvenile python that got into our house last week.

  6. We are also all tormented by the PM’s inability to accept criticism which is normal for public heads of state.

I use to be tormented by his Friday rambling speeches but have gotten over it by simply approaching it with the empathy that though he thinks he’s doing a great deed o good for the country he’s a military man who is not suited for the job because of his mentality.

How come all thirteen are becoming monks.

I thought one of them was Christian, or is he ambidextrous?

In its purist form Buddhism is more a way of life and a philosophy then it should be a religion.

Monkhood itself is a period of forming a state of mind of enlightenment rather then believing in a power above.

I think if properly performed and practiced, monkhood may actually be helpful for these young lads at least to give them the basics of conscious awareness that may prevent them from developing PTSD but it is only for a short 9 days so more importantly that the boys and parents themselves do not fall into the lure and trap of money and fame.

  8. Many of the words used in the news description such as "naked", "toy boy" etc are very demeaning to the deceased.

Could have reported "British businessman found dead in apartment after row with lover...but no they need to sell juicy raunchy stuff but then again its "The Sun" so it would be naive of me to expect anything else.

    RIP

  9. I did read that the first 2 boys regained full consciousness upon arrival at the cave exit but the third boy remained unconscious until arriving at the hospital so I'm not surprised about the revelations that they were heavily sedated.

The 3rd boy's not waking up must have caused quite a bit of concern but luckily everything ended well.

It was a great decision on part of the doctors and rescue team.   I would have opted to be knocked out if in such a situation but then again I'm claustrophobic so no chance of me getting into a cave.
