Norwegian embarks/disembarks at Laem Chabang but I am not aware of round trips. We are looking at a cruise that sails on 20Nov and ends up in Manila. Maybe I was not specific enough in my OP request! When you get to the port security gate, how do you access the cruise terminal? If you are going by taxi, can it just drive in and drop you off? Cannot get an answer from the cruise line. It appears to be geared up for "Fly/Cruise" where passangers are put up in hotel night before departure and bused in. Not so much locals.

I am considering starting a cruise form Laem Chabang but cannot find any information anwhere on how to access the cruise terminal. I have found plenty on how the Taxis are controled by the Mafia and but nothing on how to actually get in there. Any info please.

Nothing to do with Brexit. The notice to close accounts clearly states that Barclays have chosen to close the acounts of customers with address outside the UK. They just want to do away with the cost of physical banks and staff handling customers and everone to use cards and QR codes which they then skim of a % of everything you spend.

If you live in Thailand and sail from Laem Chabang and call into Ko Samui, Phuket and finish in Sinapore, do you need a mulitple re-entry Permit or just a single to fly back in?

You can drive on a Thai licence supported by IDP it only costs 500thb but you have to go to the LTA in Chonburi with your licence, two photos and your passport. It is valid for two years. If you dont get the IDP and have an accident, it can invalidate the insurance. BS detector working here A Thai plastic photo licence is only valid for 5 years and is almost indistructable, so how can it be "a bit old and faded".?
