  1. Why are we now being invaded by pop up ads on this site?
  2. Top C...... are renowned for their rip off prices. I recently was recommended to try Diamond eyes. What a complete difference. Titanium frames with bi focals, non scratch. Price 8500. Plus one year warranty on any defect on lens,( including scratches) and frames. Complete with members card with prescription embossed upon it. Top Charoen equivalent 27000 baht+ In addition: my wife needed specs and chose progressive lenses with scratch resistant. Top C ...price 33500 baht. Diamond eyes 13000. Same warranty and members card as mine.
  3. Nope: 190k over 65+60k personal allowance + 150k= 400k before paying income tax. https://www.thethailandlife.com/income-tax-thailand But we will not quibble over 30kπŸ˜€ AND....maybe it isn't even going to happenπŸ‘πŸ™πŸ»
  4. If you scroll down on this link, you will find a reference. https://www.thethailandlife.com/income-tax-thailand
  5. Just for the unitiated, could you please explain +60000. The 190000 allowance, and the first 150000, I understand. Thank you
  6. Thank you for your clarification. I agree with all you have said. And that the wise acct shows where the money came from, and in my case it shows the UK bank it was received from before transferring to my bkk bank. But in my case, there is nothing on the wise statement, which declares it as a UK pension fund/ income transfer to Thailand. And yes, when it arrives in my bkk account, it shows FTT. But again, no reference to uk pensions. My UK bank account shows all the pension income. So, I could link all three documents to prove my income on Thailand originated from my UK pensions, if required to do so. And I also have a P60 and the UK govt website details with full pension and tax amount paid. However, and I am unsure of this, if someone was to pay their uk pensions direct to Wise from their pension fund administrators, it might well show up as income into Wise acct, as a pension payment. I hope that explains what I was originally trying to post.
  7. Wise transactions to Thai bank only show money was received from UK. Which some people need as FTT to provide immigration with evidence of the income method for an annual extension of stay. Wise transfers do not show source I.e pension funds. As I stated in an earlier reply: all income tax and pensions from UK, can be obtained from govt website
  8. It is very simple to do, although I think people are unnecessarily panicking over the " rumour mill" of what will and will not happen.. on this issue. Log onto your government profile. Head to the income tax heading. There you will find your income, your tax number and tax paid on all income, including pensions. Print it out. https://www.google.com/url?q=https://www.gov.uk/&sa=U&ved=2ahUKEwiP0P_z-eCCAxXRTmwGHaikAvwQFnoECAYQAg&usg=AOvVaw2Z6wr8NQItbp3UnjtXGarX Now copy your P60, which shows income and tax paid on a monthly basis. Your UK bank statement will verify your pension receipts and wise transfers will corroborate the legality of the transfer from pension funds. If, and I mean, if you need to prove pension income, you now have the method to do so.
  9. I have just screenshot mine, printed out the approval and attached it to my current manual TM 30 issued by immigration.
  10. Sorry to disagree with you. When I click add bottom left, it brings up a page to fill in the guests details ..name...middle name surname...passport etc. It does not generate a search. Please see the image I receive after I click "add" bottom left on original image to you Try using Chrome, because that is where my image was taken from. Safari produces a different layout and is not as user friendly. I hope this helps.
  11. I have just checked my online page on Safari and then on chrome. 2 slightly different layouts. I am not sure about this online system and its uses. But it would appear to me for those who registered, to add any " alien" who stayed at their premises. And use the forms online. See my image. Therefore, you shouldn't need to add an address, just the details of the guest. If you click on the " add" at bottom left of my image, it opens a new window to complete your guests' details.
  12. Just a thought.....why are you trying to add your address if you have successfully been approved?
  13. Don't see the need for a receipt, unless you need a residents certificate for driving licence. Just screenshot, print out and attach to current manually issued one until required for next extension of permission to stay.
  14. I would imagine they are being fined for not reporting after a trip abroad. Despite police order 2.2 stating no need. Just doesn't make sense. Can't see why else people would be fined.
  15. So, any issues with your TM 30 as we discussed in an earlier post?
  16. I think you might be overthinking this. Your landlady needs to submit your full details to register you. But, remember, that this is primarily designed for those who previously registered on line. Existing holders of a manual TM 30 do not need to register. As I said, I now have two versions of a TM 30 and am not concerned in the least. I did it out of curiosity to see if it worked for tenants, and it did. If you are at all concerned, then perhaps contact your immigration office.
  17. Nope. I registered as a tenant. Passport, name, address etc. I uploaded my passport and my tenancy agreement and received an approval from the site. I am a tenant not an owner.
  18. I registered online, although I already have a TM 30 from some years ago. I entered my address and received an approval. I have made a screenshot and printed out the approval. I have pinned the online TM 30 to the original. I cannot see that registering online will cancel your existing TM 30. If it does, it should not matter. Now you have two that go hand in hand. Don't see an issue really. But....the only people who can confirm anything is the TM 30 desk.
  19. My extension is due 10 June, but I always do it 44 days before. Next year it will be first week in May. So, keep me in mind when you do yours first. I really don't think ot will be an issue for us.
  20. Thank you. But I already have a manual tm 30, and now also registered on line. So, I will wait and see what happens at visa annual extension.
  21. Why did you need to get an online approval stamped by immigration?
