  1. I give the wife some money to take care of our family. Most importantly, the x-wife gets NOTHING.
  2. My issue is I am a member of an LTD company in the USA. It isn't clear if the $ is considered passive or non-passive, as according to America the money is not considered a salary.
  3. Currently, the Average 20 yr old American woman is 177 lbs. = hard pass
  4. Could have been walking and staring at his phone. Those rails are trip level high... Horrible way to go.
  5. Logically, until Thailand gets it's tax rules ironed out, the real estate market will remain stagnant.
  6. But it is ok, if a Thai taxi driver assaults foriengers.
  7. Why report world wide income & not report the $ brought into Thailand, as far as I know the law/policy is... Tax is assessed on the amount of $ remitted to Thailand? World wide income has nothing to do with remitted money.
  8. Knowing one's self, being grounded and self confident are qualities of a leader. Sadly, she doesn't show any of those traits.
  9. In Thailand the jilted spouse can sue the afair partner. The problem is when the afair partner is married, then this becomes a mutual destruction situation... As the afair partners spouse can also use. But if a claim of further damages beyond the disruption of the marriage can be claimed (such as theft of 5 million baht) the balance of mutual destruction has shifted. Well played
  10. Ahhhh Nothing like living in "tax limbo."
  11. The same could be said for a lot of things, but oddly enough those "minutes" seem to be unsurmountable. (For example traffic fines)
  12. Tourist are flocking to see the flooding first hand.
  13. Working girls are making more than 100k But I digress, me personally, I am the provider.... That's the way I prefer things.
  14. Being sought after as a "tax target" to pay for a debt that foriengers didn't create or have anything to do with is anoying. One can't really make roots in Thailand as foriengers are in a state of continuous "tax limbo" as the government schemes of ways to dig deeper into their "guests" pockets. Franky, the juice isn't worth the squeeze anymore.
  15. Once one has hit the ceiling, one must open a 7/11.
  16. Any one else notice the government continuously tries to collect taxes from everyone but Thai citizens?
  17. Chiangmai Hospital, a little south of 9k baht. Sorry, no help for BKK
  18. Thailand, where infidelity isn't a "choice," it's a tradition.
  19. I was denied an LTR wealthy pensioner visa, as my income was not accepted as "passive." I am a member of an American LLC. Under American tax rules LLC income is not deemed as a salary nor as dividends. The income is called "distributions," & for whatever reason, this has caused my LTR denial by the BOI.
  20. This type of dog doesn't fear a simple stick, a baseball bat might suffice, but don't miss as one swing is probably the only chance you will get.
