Tell that to the families of the Israeli war dead from this war.

    Hamas started this war.

The point of war is to win.

Would you complain about too many dead Germans in WW2?

Firstly, I wouldn't call this a war, how many Israelis have died since Oct 7 and how many Gazans?

It is like the Gazans are locked into their given area and the Israeli army are killing them off 10, 20, 100 at a time. They can't defend themselves and they have nowhere to go, it is a slaughter.

Surely you don't think the Oct 7th event happened for no reason?

No, the Germans started the war.

The Palestinian Authority controlled the Gaza Strip prior to the Palestinian elections of 2006 and the subsequent Gaza conflict between the Fatah and Hamas parties, when it lost control to Hamas, the PA continues to claim the Gaza Strip, although Hamas exercises de facto control,

Just to remind you that the Palestinians depends on Israel for almost all life's necessities as the're unable to provide for themselves,

Israel would love nothing better than to get rid of this cesspool of a place and let them fend for themselves but they can't,

Also, Hamas didn't have any problems bringing tones of war materiel and weapons through tunnels and from Egypt,

they could have just as well use this methods for doing good, no evil,

To cut a long story short, as long as Hams and its masters Iran are there controlling everything,

no peace process will work,as 7.10 will only repeat itself again and again.. get the terrorist out and all will

have a very good chance to be well.. Can you argue with that?...

    Total nonsense.

Your greed for land will be your downfall.

An investigation by Al Jazeera shows how Israeli settlers have been expanding in the occupied West Bank at unprecedented rate, since Israel’s war on Gaza began.

My speculation is what Hamas was thinking when they launched their terrorist attack on Israel on 7 Oct was that Israel would respond pretty much as it has, which would do two things:

    1. Wake the world up so they would pay attention to how Israel was continuing to occupy Palestinian land, and;

    2. Provoke Israel into a counterattack, which would, as they've done in the past, be completely over-the-top and weaken their support from their allies, bringing more of the world onto the side of the Palestinians.

And, if that was their thinking...it's working!

If Hamas are wiped out, along with their mothers wives and children, Israel lose.

    If Hamas survive, Israel lose.

They brought it onto themselves with their greed for more land.

The world now knows about Israel, sadly through the deaths of tens of thousands of innocent civilians, mostly women and kids.

The USA have been here before with their shenanigans in Iraq. Dangerous for any Yank or Israeli to wear their country's flag on their rucksack.

Antony Blinken has issued a stark warning, highlighting the severe levels of acute food insecurity experienced by the territory's two million inhabitants.

Who was the guy that gave the go ahead to start the war? Jeez, what hypocrisy.

You send Israel the bombs and money for their army then have the nerve to complain about the enemy suffering....

So, you sad little man, do something about it instead of wringing your hands and crying crocodile tears. Make the israelis let the aid in- 500 trucks a day like before the israeli slaughter began.

Blinken and Biden, IMO colluders in war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Even Biden must be starting to get worried about his prospects in November if thousands of Palestinian children stave to death, when he could have done something about it. Has he no humanity, no empathy for children being slaughtered? What is wrong with him to collude in so vile an endeavour?

    Exactly.

Again, a video of a man who is defending his home from invading IDF and is about to be killed, or a woman who has been taken hostage is not "hilarious." They are despicable.

Wow, did he say it was 'hilarious'?

He mistakenly outed himself earlier as being Israeli, so kind of explains the prolific, biased posting on this thread defending the IDF, probably fought in it himself.

Your post making excuses for terrorism at the Olympics indicates differently.

BTW -- as I said, I was at the Munich Olympics so naturally I followed news about that.

Yes of course the Palestinian terrorists were to blame but sadly the Germans have a lot to answer for as well.

As far as Paris, we can be assured that the athletes will be getting very beefed up security.

Bizarre again, your bias in this conflict is obvious. Quote where I make excuses for terrorism.

Yes! Yes! Yes! As I've noted before in the past, "Semite," which is the base term in "antisemitism," refers to BOTH Jews and Arabs (and some others), but the term "antisemite" is now used only to mean "anti-Jew(ethnic)."
Semite noun - Definition, pictures, pronunciation and usage notes | Oxford Advanced Learner's Dictionary at OxfordLearnersDictionaries.com

Israel and its supporters often leverage accusations of anti-Semitism to deflect criticism, silence dissent, and rally international support for their policies and illegal actions.

Do not put words in my mouth.

I have never said that I support everything Israeli governemts do.
Why do Israel demonizers feel the need to try to make very complex things so simple minded?

Do you also support the US providing the weapons to Israel?

It's not necessarily about you just because I responded to your post.

I agree totally of course that civilian suffering especially children is horrible.

Yet, you support what Israel are doing, this makes no sense. Do you also support the US providing the weapons to Israel?

I waited a bit to see if anyone came with the correct answer.

Anyone who have converted, have equal right to emigrate to Israel.

"The Law of Return, 1950 (hereinafter - the Law of Return), and the Citizenship Law, 1952, give a Jew - defined as anyone born of a Jewish mother or who converted, and is not a member of another religion - and his family members the right to immigrate to the State of Israel and get citizenship"

    https://www.gov.il/en/departments/about/aboutconversion

This discriminatory policy grants automatic citizenship and preferential treatment to Jews from around the world, while denying the same rights to Palestinians who were born in Israel or forcibly displaced during the creation of the state. This means that a Palestinian non-Jew born in Israel faces significant barriers to citizenship and equal rights, despite being a native to the land, while a Jew born in the United States or any other country is granted immediate citizenship upon arrival in Israel. This obviously  hinders any peace process or reconciliation between Israelis and Palestinians.

    Oh please.

Every country has a right to set their own immigration policies.

Don't be so bigoted against the one Jewish state.

Many countries have immigration rights based on descent, for example having an Italian grandparent for Italy, etc.

But this is purely dependent on religion, no other country does this - non-Jewish Palestinians, including descendants of Palestinians who were living in the territory that became Israel prior to 1948, do not have an automatic right to citizenship under the Law of Return.

Normally not, but there will be a GI specialist joining Be Well on 25 March who looks OK

    https://bewell.co.th/supporting-specialists/

Hua Hin Hospital is not a very high level hospital, lucky if they even have a GI specialist and would likely be not daily.

Thanks for that. I assume Bewell can't do an endoscopy, and balloon procedure, which I'm sure I need. So, they'd refer me to Bangkok Hospital.

I'll see a doctor next week and maybe if he refers me to another hospital, I can use my Social Security.
