I'm having an issue with Krung Thai bank. British Airways refunded me 66,500 baht on the 4th of May for a flight 2 years ago. They said the money should be in my account in 15 days, and it isn't. I phoned KTB who said they haven't received the money and they can't guarantee that I will get it as VISA have a policy for 120 days refund. BA said that they would refund the card number I paid and would contact me if the bank didn't accept it. I have received a new card with a different number from the one I used to pay, so maybe that is the issue. They have sent my complaint on to their dispute dept. and said it could take a while to get back to me. Any comments/advice appreciated.

2 weeks ago, I started cutting out an evening meal, drinking only a fruit/vegetable shake. I only eat weetabix and mango for breakfast and 2 sandwiches(4 slices of loaf) for lunch. The only other thing I eat is mixed nuts in the evening when very hungry. I was 89 kg and dropped to 87 kg, but now 88 kg. I am 190 cm tall. I also run 25 km per week. What could I be doing wrong?
