Aw for Gods sake. Where does it say came out under his (there) nose. I do not know where a lot of you come out with so much B/S. It did not say he just pulled out of a gas station. Wait till he is fully questioned. Don't condem before you know. 

I lived in Mallorca, Spain for 4.5 yrs in the early 80’s when it was still under Franco. It was great then and so cheap. Ibiza is very expensive and the winter weather is cold. Not like it was when I lived there, winters were warm. Even Greece has lots of snow in winter parts of Spain get snowed out. 

Southern Portugal is very nice place. 

It is a wast of time making comments or suggestions the Police will not listen or the traffic/road authorities will not listen. Life is not important to them, they must think the population in Thailand must be reduced. What better way than let the people run a mock on the roads.

The punishment must be updated and enforced. 

First thing they must do is to stop the bikes and the cars from taking short cuts and driving on the wrong side of the road. 

1,000 baht fine or confiscat the vehicle for one full month or perminantly.

No driving licenses. Confiscate the vehicle and a fine. Return the vehicle once they report to the police station compound and produce their license.

And send them to special driving test stations.

These 2 laws will make a great difference.

I bought a couple of plastic bags from Khon Kaen Big C it was not pure carrot juice was to watery tasted crap. I do my own juice so I know what it tastes like. Am sure they added water to it.

You have to remember Thai Air is run by the government, not the CEO.

At the turn off from the main Hy2 there is the road bridge over the main Hy2' The new bus station is about 2 K's when you get on the above highway, it is at the 1st set of lights on the above high way on the left. You will see all the buses

They should come down heavy on transport and bus companies that belch the black smoke out. I have a 7 yr old BT-50 turbo Mazda diesel does not and never blown black smoke out. A major cause for diesel vehicles is to make sure to replace the air filters regular. I do, all the time.

Hope it is not to just show authority. I think the main problem is to go 100% after the vehicles pumping the black smoke out the vehicles. Mainly busses and transport wagons.

never mind, do not want to upset the public. A lot of privat cars belch black smoke out, control the police, they will stop the vehicals, hand out, 500 fine and off they go.

advertise easy numbers to call to report farmers burning grass ect, vehicles belching black smoke.

The biggest prob will be getting the officials to get off their bums and investigate the calls. But, same problem next year and the years after.

Yes quite true, same in lot of Asia countries. I used to go to India 3-4 times a year. I bought many thousands of pairs shoes for my retail customers, mainly went to Agra. Coming out the train station all the time so many disfigured young kids crawling or limping over to you begging, even on the main roads when I'm taxi. Kids with broken legs and arms working for the local Mafia. They break kids arm and let them heal up twisted, they are Beaten if they do not bring enough money back.

I had the same problem.

check none of the taps are leaking all over the house and any outside taps. Check the toilet water tank is turning off and check after You flush the toilet that there is no water dribbling into the toilet. Check all the pipes no leaks and the connections are good. 

The 380 is a magnificent plane but takes a long time to load. I normally use Qantas who share with Emirates Auckland BBK. 3 times a year. This last trip I booked a special with China Southern business, fantastic on their new 787 Dream Liner.

I can see what's going to happen here, police check your license after accident, take the phone to the station to take picture or something and you have to go to the station next day or so to collect your phone. Oh, we sorry sir your phone go missing or or or.
