The government will act because this will damage Pheu Thai badly if left unattended to.

No, I was thinking how similar its riff was to the song I paired it with. Some lovely lead guitar in the second half of Carla's song below. https://youtu.be/OGzvgDLzxRk?si=6TRmVVXN-_O-M48c

Glad to see us wanna be DJs have got our old thread back. I had a look at Teak Door Thailand whilst this site was down. God, the language is foul over there, it's as if the posters are all on crack or fentanyl.- Blast from the Past - 60's, 70's, 80's,90's Music (2023)

Bit of music trivia, Dave Dee was a Wiltshire policeman before turning to music full time. In April 1960, he was one of the policemen who arrived at the scene of the taxi accident that killed Eddie Cochran and injured Gene Vincent. Some great bands in the early-mid 60s. Used to love singing along with this.- Blast from the Past - 60's, 70's, 80's,90's Music (2023)

- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
Anyone who supports Hamas is a fool, misguided or evil. Out of 300,000 supporters of peace yesterday, how many called for the extinction of Israel? But in the clip above of Gumbys, the language was foul, very very few women present, ( not stupid enough), plus cries of ' No black in the Union Jack' rang out. Yes, no soldiers from the Commonwealth died in the two world wars. Sue Ellen, send these morons on the first plane to Rwanda please- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
The cult of hate in action. Gumbys spoiling for a fight.- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
Perhaps because the terror/ terrorist groups are not countries belonging to the UN and claiming to be civilised. If a dog craps on my street, I don't lodge a complaint with it, though I may protest to its owner if I can find him, (though he may deny owning the dog).- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
Nobody in their right mind supports Hamas. People are protesting Israel's ham fisted response which is causing untold suffering to civilians and promoting a generation of future Islamic martyrs.- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
The summary of that article by Charles Turnbull iConclusion While the principle of proportionality may serve a humanitarian interest in limiting the scope of war, we should not be complacent in thinking that the laws of war perfectly mirror moral principles, or that actions consistent with the LOAC are morally permissible. Ethically minded States and militaries need not be satisfied with the moral shortcomings of the principle of proportionality. They should acknowledge that collateral damage may be lawful, but not always moral, and take additional steps to reduce the risks to innocent bystanders in war- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally

We all agree Hamas is scum and they are hiding under civilian buildings. But you can't say you're not deliberately killing civilians when you drop bombs on apartment buildings. 'Sorry guv, I woz aiming at the bloke behind you, sorry the bullet went through you too' It won't wash. It's murder of civilians. Israel are creating a whole generation of Palestinian kids who will hate Israel with all their hearts. Hamas part 2 coming shortly to somewhere near you- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
You really think the majority of the British people agree with the Israeli bombings? You have no evidence to support that. Well, let them turn out in a rally next week. Can they match 300,000 plus?- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
People are angry at what Israel are doing, killing babies, children, women, men and the old with their bombing. I hate Hamas but can't you understand the hatred Israel is generating for itself around the world with its actions?- The Met Police WON'T ban Poppy Day pro-Palestine rally
She was probably trying to associate the Israeli destruction of Gaza with the Holocaust. A crass comparison though her rage at the loss of civilian life is understandable - Blast from the Past - 60's, 70's, 80's,90's Music (2023)
