Kim vowed the country would "never give up" its nuclear weapons and said there could be no negotiations on denuclearization as he hailed the passage of the law, North Korean state media reported Friday.   19. UVALDE, Texas (KXAN) — The Uvalde Police Department is investigating a shooting downtown. Police said there is an active crime scene after a shooting that happened around 5:30 p.m. in the Uvalde Memorial Park area. They’re asking people to avoid the area. There are confirmed injuries, but it’s unclear how many.
