I'm kinda thinking right about now, Thailand is having a little bit of difficulty attracting backpackers and horny old men let alone quality tourists. I don't really think throwing millions of baht into a wasted advertising right now would be a smart investment.

Maybe a good place to start would be to take all that silly money and get your act together! here's a brilliant idea......Make Thailand what it used to be!

Beautiful country, smiling faces and a land of culture. Look at what you guys have done to your country!.....Sad and all in the name of greed.

Why not put the 20 million baht in your rice farmers hands? I always thought it better to pay past debts than make new ones.

Sorry but I agree with the property owner, they paid for that right. Just like I wouldn't like having average Joe use my restroom in my restaurant without being a customer.

Their main objective is to make a return on their investment, not provide you or anybody else free benefits.

Might think about buying a pool!

Do an online garage sale....Facebook or craigslist.

You would be surprised (maybe not) just how easy this can be done. Anything is possible in the Thai court system, she can have the marriage terminated on grounds of abandonment and it will be granted.

With regards to assets, well.....She already owns the house, write it off as a loss. But I would never be giving into any additional money demands.

I will never get married, never build a house for a woman, and never lavish gifts on a woman. The biggest gift I ever gave a woman in Thailand was a new scooter and I was leaving the country and expected nothing in return. It was a gift for her being an awesome girlfriend for a few months.
