Thank you for the kind offer but Sydney will decline

"Do I complaint about anything here? Damn right I do! About the smoky air. About the heat. About sloppy workmanship that can appear during a simple, routine project."
So, you get upset when others complain about their Thai experience...but it is OK for you?

What about expats who are on extensions of stay? What about the 90 day reporting? What about TM30 reporting? I personally am okay as my extension was extended last week.

It appears that the Nation news is very old. This has been known to people who visit places like Tops and Marko many hours ago

Thai Immigration Department have seperate systems. They have 90 Day reports, TM30 reports, Extension reports and probably a few more. They are all individual systems that do not communicate with each other. That is why we get so frustrated with Thai Immigration. Other countries it is all integrated but here it is not. We that live here full time have to accept this.
All offices have different decisions to other offices. We have to learn what our local office accept and bend to their rules. It is a pain in the rear end but if we want to live here that is what we have to do.

Can you get the payment payed into a transferwise account or does it have to be a bank account?.
The exchange rate paid from the Australian Government to your Account in Thailand is a lot better then you get from Transferwise

It was supposed to rain here in Chiang Dao tonight for the 1st time this year and I was getting excited . . . where did the thunderstorm go ???
Over 4 months without a drop of rain. Only Corona helped to keep farmers away from setting up fire.
We got good storm at 0100 this morning near Phayao. Heavy rain for 30 minutes. We had no wind or electric outage.

That is great news. I always loved to buy their produce. It will be sometime before we venture north from Phayao.

The Thai government does not do many tests. That has certainly kept the curve very low. China has taught Thailand very well

In our small village about 13 kms from Muang Phayao any new arrivals from other provinces, Thai or other have to self isolate for 14 days.

Any thoughts on people wanting memberships fee's back?
Depending on what happens to the rest of the season, I reckon you're entitled
to be refunded if you want.
A mate of mine is a Dockers supporter and membership for his family cost nearly $2000.
I basically only paid to watch on TV so I'm not really fussed. But surely if you've paid for
seats and cannot go you should be able to get your money back.
Big Gill has said they could be refunded.
"AFL chief executive Gillon McLachlan has confirmed that club members will be refunded if they need to be but implored those who could afford to continue paying for their membership to do so, to support their club"
