Almost no one denies climate change. To do so would mean the denial of Ice Ages. Many disagree with the false narrative that it is all man made however. If it was there wouldn't have been Ice Ages.

My theory is simple, the Earth isn't a perfect sphere so it can't maintain a perfect rotation nor a perfect orbit. It therefore gets closer to and farther from the sun with gravitational forces correcting it's path back and forth and keeping it from spinning off into outer space. It's why "tracking" objects in space for impact or near Earth impact are never accurate. Until someone locks down all the variables the math will never be 100% accurate.

To the OP - My wife and family love to travel to the north when the temp hits 0 to look at the frost so it does get much colder than 9 in Thailand and has for several years. :wai:

I am fully aware that it gets colder than 9 degrees in certain parts of thailand that are at a higher altitude then where I live. I was posting about where I live in thailand being Phayao.

You say her bar is along the beach road? As far as i know it's mostly shops, restaurants and massage places along there. I can't think of a 'drink and play games' type bar along there.

There is a bar complex just opposite the Pride Hotel. One is Ocean View Bar which is Thai owned and the Dolphin Bar which is French owned. There are also another couple of bars in that complex.

Quote from above "Each time you depart you must let them know otherwise they will stop your payments, it's part of the deal."

"Mr/Mrs Centrelink, I am going on an overseas holiday and do not know when I will be back, that is all you have to do, they enter it into the system and the system doesn't bounce when it's picked up from immigration or border control if you like."

How do you advise them? Would an e-mail to the general CL e-mail address something like below suffice, or is there a specific e-mail address for this scenario? Or?

And do you attach scan of ticket / or just quote ticket details, destination?

    "Dear Centrelink,

My CL reference number is:  ........................

    My name is: ......................

This message is to inform you that I intend to leave Australia on xx/xx/xxxx

And I plan to return to return to Australia on xx/xx/xxxx (10 days after the departure shown just above).

    Yours sincerely,

Nope, pretty much correct, maybe like 2m in some places ... fairly flat terrain and the lake is an artificial one I was told ...

On the western side it is deeper in places. In 2016 when the lake was low due to drought they excavated the bottom of the lake so it would retain more water. One area  near our village was about 150 metres long,  about 3 metres deep and  50 metres wide The excavated dirt was used to back fill from the road which runs along the lake back into the lake.
