After getting 4 picks in the top 40, he's pretty confident the Swans
will bounce back.
Your thoughts?
I do not know if they will get a go in 2020. I hope some do. We have a good young side who will improve after last year. I can see them making the top 10 in 2020 and hopefully the 8.
I had to laugh I saw that Bookman was on the POTY list for 2019. I think the last time he posted was early 2017

Could you please say what Immigration Office told you this?
The office is Phayao. I have been dealing with this office since they opened in 2016 and have found them very friendly and helpful.

I was issued a Non O visa in 2011 and converted to a retirement extension in 2012. I was at our local immigration office
this morning and asked about converting from retirement to marriage when my next extension was due. I was told that I would have
to depart Thailand and obtained a new Non O visa. I queried this and he got his supervisor who also told me that this was now the case.
Has anyone heard of this?

I have been informed from a very knowledgeable person (my wife) that the 1st of December lottery draw will be occurring in Phayao.
It will happen at the Amphur near the Phayao hospital. The tickets being sold even have a photo of the lake of Phayao.
Good for tourism

I'm in Phayao. I felt the first one, but not the second one. That said I've felt far stronger quakes in Tokyo.
We live on the western side of lake. Like you I felt the first but not the 2nd

I felt the earthquake in Phayao at 0405. I was up earlier and at the computer upstairs. The house rocked and the door to the balcony rattled. Did not fell the 2nd one.Not as bad as the one in 2014 but still a little scary.

If you are doing monthly income Thai Immigration do not use an exchange rate. They only look at what Thai Baht has been deposited in your account every month.

It's not like watching or going to the footy is compulsory.
Church leaders fume at AFL scheduling a Good Friday game at Adelaide Oval
Christian church leaders in Adelaide are not pleased with the AFL after the league released its 2020 season fixture including a Good Friday clash for the South Australian capital.
On Thursday the full fixture was revealed, with an AFL game scheduled on Good Friday at the Adelaide Oval for the very first time.
Port Adelaide will play West Coast in a 7pm evening game, but Christian religious leaders in the 'City of Churches' were unimpressed.
"Really disappointed that there is going to be a football match on this holy day, as our spirituality gives meaning and purpose to our life," Reverend Sue Ellis from the Uniting Church South Australia said in a report by Nine News Adelaide's Kate Lambe."It would have been nice if they were actually a bit more aware of the insensitivity of scheduling a game at this time," Reverend Frank Nelson, Dean of St Peter's Cathedral, said.
The church representatives said the only saving grace was that it was a night game and not during the day like the traditional clash in Melbourne.
Port Adelaide welcomed the move, and said footy fans should not feel guilty about their decision to watch or attend a game on the day.
"I think people have the right to choose how they celebrate and commemorate that day," Port Adelaide CEO Keith Thomas said.

Saints to hit the skids and stay where they are, Blue baggers to start a rolling hanging around 8 to 10, the 2 Sth Aussie teams to slip slide even further down....
North should swap with Port with Freo a big inprover....
Never underestimate the Bombers dear WILL, when backs to the wall they often deliver...
Seems a few teams including mine are looking at H Bennell.....well just what the doctor ordered an other hospital case too go with VandenBerg and the rest of them....Were a long way from a premiership play the god dam kids...
If Melbourne get Bennell you and Chook can compare notes about hopeless cases.

you mean deceased persons still receiving payments into estates?
After the pensioner dies the family do not notify the Department of their death. That means the payments continue. The wife or children continue to benefit.

Good idea except that would not be a normal check-in procedure. Are you saying I should request it prior to departure? At the airport, or before? It sounds like a major hassle to be honest. Have you ever heard of someone actually doing that?
I know about "carnets" but I don't think you can get one for a "consumer" type item; they're mainly for professional or commercial people like for professional photographers, motion picture producers or businessmen with expensive samples, etc.
After considering my options, I'm thinking of getting an insurance policy on the bike from a Thai-based insurance agent. I think that might be the easiest solution, perhaps. Serial # would be on the document, and date of policy would prove I had it before exiting the Kingdom for my trip. Besides, I probably should insure it anyway, even though it's never out of my sight when I'm using it.
It would be done before check in. You would go to their office at the Airport and have the bike verified before you check it in.
I have not heard of it in Thailand but it happens in Australia. https://www.abf.gov.au/form-listing/forms/b263.pdf

I presume that the bike has a serial number. Customs may have a form which records goods that you depart with. This would record the serial number and photos supplied to them. They would check the bike before your departure. You would have a stamped document for your arrival back into Thailand..
Check with the Customs department.
