Depending on how clean they make it and if its boiled well. Last time, which is quite long time ago, i tried it in my somtam i ended up spending a night in the hospital.

I highly recommend Bangkok smile Dental on Sukhumvit 21. They sure have vast experience in dental implants. I got some work done there myself though not something very extensive and thx god i dont need it yet lol. Been recommending some people to this dentist and they are all happy with their new teeth. Some of my friends got something more or less like full jaw implants and paid just a fraction of the price they were quoted back home. Apparently they are so satisfying with the outcome but their dentists back home are not!

Check with Bangkok Smile Dental. The price is somewhere between 39000-55000 depending on types of braces. What i like most is their payment plan offered exclusively for some major credit cards.
-
I think 1000 you were quoted was for direct bonding on that tooth. Porcelain veneer usually cost 9000-11000 per tooth
-
Some say getting an implant is less painful then extractions cuz they will just drill the hole and place a fixture but for extraction they have to move the tooth around, push and pull or whatever before its coming out lol. Would like to hear how it goes i may need one in the near future too.
-
about 60000-75000 depending on the system and they usually extract the teeth a few months prior to let the bone fills in the hole. Though some of my friends get the teeth pulled and implants in right away, no idea why. Best to check with the dentist because the price also varies from place to place. I use Bangkok Smile Dental whenever i need my teeth fixed. Check them out they do great job.

Yes dental crowns usually take at least two visits, 5-7 days apart. 10 days is a bit too long but its probably because they have to send the work to the lab in Bangkok
-
I 've heard Dr. Kamol is great. Never had direct experience though LOL

I know it may not be healthy but i am in love with the fried dough they usualy sell in the morning.

I wasn't hanging out here last spring, but I have to wonder if you were voicing the same concerns about suthep and his protests, or .... not..............."Red shirt leader Nattawut Saikua said his group's objective in meeting the Department of Special Investigation on Tuesday was to ensure that the probe into the crackdown would continue in a transparent and fair manner.".........................Sick and tired of hearing about the "crackdown" on the actions of armed terrorists who used innocent yet naive citizens as human shields. Entering the city and holding it to ransom breaking every law in the book, attacking the army and expecting to get away with it because they were "peaceful protesters".
In an other country it would have gone on for nowhere near 3 months and the fatality rate would have been much higher.
How about going to the root of the problem and probing the one/s who organized and funded this terrible display of spite and revenge ?
The redshirts have never done anything good for Thailand, only caused death and destruction of public and private property. They should be banned along with any other "shirt wearing" political protesters who use violence to further their gains.
Comparing the red shirts revolts to suthep's marches is like comparing al-qaeda to the suffragette movement.
Yes Suthep has surely the best intentions for the Thai people and foreigners. You need to stop listening to biased individuals and start thinking on your own, buddy.
Let's hope he does not start listening to you max or he will really be in trouble.
Why? Will they demand him to join the autocracy camp for adjustment like the rest of your lot?

I would never drink Bangkok tap water does not matter what they say.

Too late for that...

He might be a nutjob but being anti less majeste is a good thing in my book.Thailands loss
Im sure other reputable universities abroad will be only too happy to have Somsak until he can return to teaching in Thailand
Not fact, just your attempt to spin the situation. Do some research re Thammasat, quite a few of the lecturers in political science and in law have opinions that are way off rational thinking.
So, a good nutjob? Being a nutjob suggest that being for or against something doesn't really have a well-founded meaning.
Mind you, if Thai at heart you might be against someone committing Lese Majeste as in insulting the Monarchy. Of course as usual with cases like this what may or may not have been committed which was deemed LM we will not be told by law abiding news outlets in Thailand.
OK! And the punch line is...

If i had a cancer, I would just say good bye to people i love, leave everything behind and retreat to the small shack by the creek preparing myself for the journey. Seriously i do not want my beloved ones to suffer seeing me deteriate. I dont want them to spend a big chunck trying to save me either. I do not really believe in Chemo, it is very toxic to your body. IMHO cancer is the way your body tells you that the way you live your life is toxic to yourself. Everyday life is too hectic and stressed. The food and drink we consume, even the air we breathe in they are all contaminated. I think at one point everybody is bound to get sick with cancer. It is only the matter of time. People who take good care of their minds and bodies might have cancer at the age of 75, while people who just let thier lives float along with the stream of nonsense and stress might have cancer in their early fifties. I believe Cancer is the sign that you should radically change your life.
That's the reason why i need to retreat to somewhere serene. I would clear my mind or at least try to put it at ease. Enjoy every passing second, just sit there by the creek be part of the nature and for once try not to go against it. If it is my time to die then i want to die beautifully and peacefully. But aybe living that way will completely heal my mind. Since mind is over the body, who knows maybe my cancer will be gone or at least go into remission.

Thammasat has always been a hotbed of Communists who are anti-monarchy but posing as democratic. I hope they don't take their rage out on their student's education. Had Mr. Somsak gone in for his little interview like everyone else, he would still be in his classroom teaching; but nooooo, he had to make a political statement by fleeing the country and many of his pointy-headed colleagues are upset he didn't get 'special' privileges. I never did like Communists, fellow travelers, or their useful idiots.
Being pro-democratic is the same as being a communist? What world are you living in? Pray tell, what ideology is the current administration following?

Anyone see yourself here till the end?

Give them someone to hate... They tried that but he still comes back. Me think their strategy is not working.
Lord, what medication are you on?"The "elite" are somebody to hate, Thailand's equivalent to Europe's Jews, somebody who is perceived (and it is not necessarily true) to have a better lifestyle or education, more money or success."
1/ No claim to nobility TYVM
2/ Chang Classic
3/ Truncating my post is a forum no-no. Don't do it.
4/ Try reading a little philosophy. If you want to keep the peasants quiet, give them religion and promise better after they're dead. If you want to stir them up, give them someone to hate.
Interesting post though coming from the one who sided with the people stirring the trouble.

In General, Suthep and the PDRC backers, The Military Higher echelons and the others I cannot say for fear of breaking the law, Its not something to be smart arsed over, its true , Thailand will never truly be democratic while these people apply a strangle hold every time their control is threatenedHow about a "Breaking Free of the Kingdoms Autocratic Elite" Thread
I keep hearing about this "elite", but nobody seems to know who they are. I have requested many posters who like to mention them to tell me who they actually are, to name them, but nothing. Even just one name and I would be happy. alt=whistling.gif>

The price pretty much depends on where you get the work done and the size of the cavity i guess.
