Hello, It was 2015 since I was last here need a bit of advice about Koh Chang
Yes, Trad second only to Ranong for rainfall I believe. I lived 5 years on Koh Mak throughout rainy seasons. It only becomes tedious when it's non stop. But mostly it's just a daily occurrence. Visibility is amazing. Can see for miles. Blue skies, green foliage, calm seas. Ah yes, and no tourists. Still, YMMV!

I've not seen either clips or links. Any to hand? I swear I had a link to him saying he would never work with BJT butvi can't find it.

What about the hire firms who rent out vehicles without making the proper checks? But by all means check the driver. He might not have been the one who signed the hire agreement.

Pheu Thai in social media storm after parting ways with Move Forward
PT is a danger to itself and everybody around. A weak majority party is just going to get pushed around by the stronger minority players. And their weakness is there for all to see. They buckled under the first sign of pressure. Now they're just a rudderless hulk. The strong coalition got broken apart by the Senate. Divide and rule. It's almost worked. At least MFP have come out if it probably stronger, and honourably. Maybe the more decent PT MPs will defect en masse as they should, to MFP.

Pheu Thai in social media storm after parting ways with Move Forward
You really think rewriting the constitution is that simple? Could take years just to draw it up, followed by years of debate in parliament, followed by a vote. But they could call an election next May after which the Senate will no longer have a say in the PM selection. But if they already have their man as PM why the heck would they do that? PT won't lift a finger to change the status quo once in power. Of that you can rest assured. Probably abandon all their reform agenda, and simply do what their militarist buddies tell them to. They've already shown themselves to be completely spineless.

Tourist Demand Boosts Airlines to Expand Routes in Southeast Asia
Job done. It took about 10 minutes. Your first link links to an ~85 page pdf file listing 1500 or more mostly nondescript acolytes to the CLINTEL cause, with some "explanatory" text. The second is some unheard of hack telling me nothing new. My point was, and is, first, this is entirely off topic, so really is a mere troll by you on behalf of the anti-climate change lobby. But second, as I said in my original reply to you, your basis for climate change denial, or at least, the anthropogenic basis thereof, is an on and off 40 year residence in Pattaya, from which you conclude nothing's changed here, ergo there's no such thing as climate change. Great research. I'm sure CLINTEL will welcome your input.

Tourist Demand Boosts Airlines to Expand Routes in Southeast Asia
Most people don't live in Pattaya which has always enjoyed its own micro climate. You think what is happening around the world is just business usual? America, Australia, China, Canada, Europe, Russia. Can they all be wrong? They're either on fire or under 6 feet of water. No, it doesn't happen like that in Pattaya, so it's not happening, right? What a foolish comment.

Move Forward apologise to supporters as Pheu Thai forms new coalition
Umm, seems I've made some errors here. BJT got 3 party list seats, and 3% of the party list votes. But they got 68 constituency seats and 13.38% of the constituency vote. I think it reflects the fact that PT and MFP were the 2 most popular parties (they got the most party list MPs elected), and had the most popular MPs. But voters who voted for PPRP MPs appear to have had no time for the party.

They got 68 party list seats. I really don't understand how that system works. I've read it up and still don't get it. From what I can see, there are only 100 available, so they seem to have completely cornered the market. Their support bases are just in a few areas in the country, but I guess that's true of most democratic systems. Buriram is their HQ.

Move Forward apologise to supporters as Pheu Thai forms new coalition
I still don't get how anyone in the Senate can make a judgment based on a political party's stated policy. On that basis they could start throwing out any candidate from a party whose policy infringed their own political beliefs. But their charter specifically forbids such judgements: "The upper house is called the Senate of Thailand. The chamber is non-partisan and has limited legislative powers. The Senate is composed of 250 appointed members appointed by the Royal Thai Army.[2] A term in the Senate is six years. It forbids members from holding any additional office or membership in political parties.[3]" https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Assembly_(Thailand) So on what basis are they making the call that MFP is to be more or less outlawed? Seems to me to be totally unconstitutional. There's nothing in the rule book that prohibits tabling amendments to the Thai criminal justice system. Nor to any of the laws contained therein. Which is all MFP is doing. I really believe they are in breach of their own charter. Malfeasance in office at the very least. There seems to be zero oversight of these military appointees. Ok that doesn't surprise me, but it ought to. In the UK we have numerous committees set up as checks and balances to regulate and monitor member's behaviour and parliamentary procedures. Here, parliament is still just a tool for the privileged elite to manipulate "the masses".

Hello, It was 2015 since I was last here need a bit of advice about Koh Chang
Try Koh Mak, KC's tiny brother. My 3 bedroom house is only 20k pm. Muay Thai, tennis, yoga. Or Koh Kood. Beautiful beaches and resorts, jungle, hills. Makes a change from the Chang.

By 3.5 million votes and 10 seats to be precise. It was PT who were boasting a landslide. Check out BJT. With only 3% of the vote, that's about a twelfth of the 38% won by MFP, they managed to secure 71 seats, or 50% of those won by MFP. Thai magic accounting/voting system. Call Trump. Tell him the Thais have it figured. How to steal it! BJT are impostors.

Despite Being Blasted, Chuwit Insists Thaksin Not Returning On Aug. 10
He cancels the day after the soft coup by PT? What does that tell you? And all his daughter's insistence he was coming? And what about Thanathorn's mystery visit? All BS? I just hope the PT bid fails. Maybe the Senators will give them the finger too. Great, forced into opposition, where they belong.

Sita’s claim about Bhumjaithai party is false : spokesman
I don't get how, with just 3% of the vote, BJT won 14% (71) of the seats. I know it's something to do with the Thai system of voting, but how does it end up in such a seemingly skewed way?
