  1. Why would it say that? And once again, what business is it of yours? He has work here. Enough said.
  2. I wonder why he was refused boarding?
  3. I met a man from Khabarovsk in the spa also. He made no bones about what a hellhole it is. Freezing cold for 6 months and hot for 6 months, with swarms of mosquitoes. A territory almost twice the size of Thailand, there are only 1.5 million people there. His assessment of Putin? A thief who has done nothing for the Russian people. And a woman from Irkutsk on the shores of Lake Baikal, an unimaginably enormous expanse of fresh water, more than all the Great Lakes combined. Communication is the key to enlightenment. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lake_Baikal
  4. I'm the guy who points out that reading the full article would answer most of your alleged inconsistencies. What are you, some kind of amateur guess detective? You're not sure where his $2000 came from but you assume it was his. What, no KYC?
  5. And you are what? A Thai immigration officer? What the heck business is it of yours how he got here and what he does when he arrives? You can't even be bothered to read the whole article.
  6. I see a Russian family regularly in the Spa I go to. 3 daughters at international school is 1.5 million THB a year. So don't get the idea they are all bums on the run. These people are well to do ex pats. From St Petersburg if that means anything to you. The whole family speaks good English. The parents are patently well educated, professional people. Russians have been coming here for many years to escape their bitterly cold winters. It's a lot closer to home for them than it is for Europeans. So really it's a much more natural second home for them. The manageress of the spa is a young multi lingual Russian woman. Speaks Thai fluently, Chinese and Japanese. She's a lot of fun. Has a Thai boyfriend. That's all I have to say.
  7. But these are apparently Putin supporters. All 20 of them!
  8. So what if they're not all men aged under 30? They can still volunteer can't they? What's wrong with them? Don't they love the Fatherland? Or is it the Motherland? Or Uncle Jo Stalin's land? Or Uncle Tom Cobbley's an' All Land? Bah. Pathetic whimps. Send 'em up, I say. Putin supporters my axxx.
  9. Thailand, Texas, what's the difference? The whole world's gone mad!
  10. So why aren't they out there on the front line getting their nuts shot off?
  11. No, he tips you, with a .45 mm slug in the guts.
  12. 3 confused customers. Oh dear. I'll just have to try harder.
  13. Yes, I was wondering why is it only 200?
  14. He's still working online for his company in Russia. Ye gods, can't people read?
  15. "Russia's parliament has voted to raise the maximum age at which men can be conscripted to 30 from 27, increasing the number of young men liable for a year of compulsory military service.Jul 26, 2566 BE" From the Guardian.
  16. Read the whole article in the Guardian. It answers all your questions.
  17. So who's the Mr Sad hanging around this thread? Can't you put it into words?
  18. How can you possibly believe the July 2023 poll? Hun Sen's landslide victory ring a bell? Are you a Putin supporter? Why aren't you out there fighting?
