I can remember a few years ago Joel Barlow starting this topic, most of us write under an alias on this forum.

I used to know a few of us on this forum, but after the years i forgot the real names of most of you boys and girls.

Maybe its nice if some of us tell something about them selfs, so we can guess who is who.

I (erwin) am in Holland the last 7 months, i cant wait to come back in 12 days.

Maybe some users want to share some personal things about themselfs so i can refresh my memorie, and get to now us again.

I had to work in Holland for 7 months, so rain or riptides cant stop me, i will visit Koh Chang in 5 weeks, with my wife and daughter, nomatter what. I was thinking about visiting the most populair beach up north white sand beach i think. Cant wait.

Thanks Thaihome thats what i am gonna do, Jomtien or even Ban Sean, and make it a nice trip the next day or even two days later.

Hi you guys, I come back from a long working trip in Holland, and after a long period of working, my Thai misses and my daughter (allmost 2 years) meet arond 15,00 oclock at the airport, now i saw there are busses to koh Chang untill 18.00. The alternative is to go into bangkok for a night, Or if i take the late bus to koh chang, is it possible to find a place to stay, to wait for the ferry to Koh Chang, or should i travel from Ekamai, or even Kao san Road the next morning. Tips or sugestions are welcome.

I am planning a trip to Koh Chang, i dont mind being on the buissy part of the island, cause we are a small family.

Can someone tell me where to go, and maybe even a nice little (cheap) place to stay.

I dont know if this is the correct place to ask this question.

Can someone tell me where to go on Koh Chang, i plan to go there for about 10 days with the wife and daughter.

Hi you guys

I have a small house in Ban Pakha CR.

We had the local drilling man to drill us water with a few blue pipes, water came from 5 meters deep. But in the dry season there is none, and the rest of the year we have little pressure (also with a pump).

I have a friend who has water from much deeper from a proffesional driller, can someone tell me out of experience what the best option is, and for wat costs.

I am thinking about a pump tanc and another pump etc.

I remember two years ago, myself and my wife, we went to Bo's Place for new years eve.

At the beginning it was nice and there were a lot of people, but later the owner, at that time Erqwin or something, became more and more drunk, he was insulting ladies, and was even touching them, he didnt care that their husbands were standing next to them.

It became an absolute disaster, when he became even more drunk.

He totaly F***** up the countdown, when 4 seconds before midnight he turned down the T.V and played some kind of porn music.

Most people paid immediatly, and some never returned to this place.

My wife and i left, our evening was ruined, and there were no other places to go for us.

Some time later i returned to this place, but this guy was pissed as can be, i even saw him sleep once behind his own bar, when people tried to pay, they could not because he was the only one in charge.

Later i heard that he went broke and left Thailand, back to his own country, i think Holland.

I hope the new owner of Bo's Place does a better job. People like this shouldnt stay in our beautifull country.

Just want to tell you guys that i miss you all, it is still dark in Holland it is 07,30 now and about 2 degrees, i am off to work in about 20 min. i am painting now.

Hope to come back to CR in about 6 weeks.

Ko Chai, localguy, i have the pics on Cdrom now, howeever i will wait a few days printing them, just to make Limbo nervous, and offcourse, i work best under pressure.
