It depends what’s written in the contract if they break the contract then AZ have every right to take the manufacturing process elsewhere and let’s not forget who the owner of the Thai company contracted by AZ is

There is a very simple solution call another General Election but this time allow political observers from around the world to watch and report there findings ,no stitch ups or brown envelopes let the people decide who they want to govern one thing is for sure it won’t be the current administration

I’m one of the lucky ones because I reside in a sandbox area they had to ensure 70% of the locals were given a vaccine I had the AZ I can only think that every available vaccine in Thailand were sent to the sandbox areas whist the rest of the country missed out there was no age requirement where I live you just turned up with passport house rental agreement and you got the jab .will I get my 2nd jab on October 2nd I’m not so sure as the number of infections is climbing at a rapid pace and the government might decide that my 2 nd jab will be used on someone else I will have to wait and see what the outcome is I feel sorry for my fellow farangs who seem to be climbing up a very steep hill when it comes to being vaccinated

Economy seems to be his argument is he worried about his stocks and shares crashing maybe he should email the owner of the vaccine producing lab with his idea and see what response he will get .

I’m sure AZ have a water tight agreement as they have been dealing with many countries so there legal team are a lot cleverer than the majority of the Thai government. As for the doctor who suggests this are his brains in his nether regions . Thailand had well over a year to organise vaccines but for reasons only known to them chose not to ,the U.K. on the other hand have vaccinated 75% of the population of 65 million people . No excuses the Thai government have failed miserably and the good people of the kingdom know this and have had enough of the incompetence hence why they now want to bring in a law to protect themselves from future prosecution.

I had to do it a year ago as SCB took commission charges of 200 baht for my debit card which left me short of 165 baht and 75 setangs so I had to get a letter and statement from my everyday spending account had I not had that I would of been refused all for 165 baht which was out of my count for no more than 15 hours ☹️☹️☹️☹️

I was living Living here when he was PM in those days the Thai people seemed to be very happy I cannot say the same today maybe he wasn’t the rogue he was made out to be and maybe a lot of Thais wish he was back in charge of running the country I’m sure he wouldn’t be wasting money on submarines or other defence equipment but spending the money on those in need of it
