Initial stats showed that 42 drunk drivers were caught on the first day. Last year 567 were caught. This, the media said, represented a decrease of more than 92%.
I still don't see anything to be proud of .............

4 hours ago, webfact said:Thailand imposed a ban on Wednesday on large gatherings and events across the country in an effort to contain its worst coronavirus epidemic yet during New Year, with active cases in over half of its provinces.
What they should have done is ban interprovincial travel instead of allowing people to spread it all around every province.

I am sure it happens everywhere but was at the airport the other day and saw several people pull down their masks and sneeze into their hand or just in the air. And, pick their nose and find some object to wipe it on.
Never thought of calling the cops.
Had it not been for the fact he used a tissue I would have thought he was Chinese .............LOL

Most Third World Burmese, Cambodian and Laotian are more than happy to work in Thailand. More money and work than back home. They earn twice as much in Thailand.
No it is not, it is called "Exploitation of cheap labour" it is a well known fact that Bangkokians look down on the more unfortunate Thais so what chance do these people have .......!!!!!
22 hours ago, Natai Beach said:They are lining up for it. A good opportunity to improve their and their families lives. An opportunity they don’t have in their own countries. What is your country doing for them?
The only countries in a position to offer any kind of assistance are neighboring countries so the comment "What is your country doing for them" a little nonsensical

How would that work, if, say there were half a dozen different people entering a village at different times over a few days?
Unless photos were circulated, surely no one could know who was who - a goody or a baddie.I'm not trying to be obstreperous, but trying to fathom out how the instructions above could work practically.
The goody's wear white hats & the Baddie's Black hats easy ..........LOL
